There are not many pancake recipes. There is always something new and simpler. I love to collect such methods and use when baking pancakes, adding a little of my own.
For example, like these pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 glasses of kefir
egg
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
1 glass of milk
2 cups of flour
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Beat kefir at room temperature with egg, salt and sugar. Add soda.
2. Pour 1.5 cups of flour into kefir, mix well.
3. Boil the milk and pour hot into the kefir dough in a thin stream. Stir quickly.
4. Pour half a glass of flour into the dough and pour in vegetable oil. The dough is ready!
5. Bake the pancakes in a greased frying pan. If the pan is poorly heated, then openwork pancakes will not work. Therefore, only pour the dough into a hot skillet. Bake on one side.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
0.5 cups of kefir
1.5-2 cups
3 eggs
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 hour l. baking powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of vanillin
How to cook:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add sour cream, warm kefir and milk.
2. Sift flour with baking powder and add in small portions to the egg-kefir mass.
3. Add vegetable oil and a pinch of vanillin.
4. Pancakes should be baked right away in a greased frying pan.
Thin openwork pancakes turn over very easily, do not tear or burn. Very beautiful and delicious!
