This method is useful when you do not have time for yeast dough, there are mashed potatoes and a pack of cottage cheese. The rest is a matter of technology and 10-15 minutes.
It turns out very tender and tasty pies. And the filling is not necessarily potato - do it with whatever you like.
Ingredients:
1 pack of cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 hour l. salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
2-3 st. l. sour cream
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp l. soda (extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice)
flour - how much dough will take
For filling:
dairy-free mashed potatoes
onions or green onions
butter
How to cook:
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Then pour the cottage cheese mixture and grind everything with a fork.
2. Pour butter, sour cream and slaked soda into the curd mass.
3. Mix everything and add enough flour to make a soft tender dough.
4. Chop the onion and fry in butter. Mix with mashed potatoes.
5. Divide the dough into 15-16 balls, roll out a little and spread out the potato filling.
6. Shape the patties by carefully pinching the edges of the dough.
7. Deep-fry the pies until golden brown.
Done! The pies just melt in your mouth!
