Vitamin drink made from oats without going up to the stove

This oat drink is delicious and has a beneficial effect on the entire body as a whole, supplying it with B vitamins.

Ingredients:

1. Oats in husks (1 cup)

2. Water (1 liter)

Preparation

You can, of course, boil oats in husks for 30 minutes (as most do), but it is better not to heat it, but to make an oat drink in a slightly different way.

We take the oats, wash it well under running water, pour it into the jar, fill it with hot water, cover it with a lid, leave it on the table for 2 hours, then put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

Then pour the contents of the jar with swollen oats and water into a blender container, twist it, filter it through a strainer and the oat drink is ready!

Some can be consumed today, and the rest of the infusion can be covered with a lid and put in the refrigerator for tomorrow. (This oatmeal drink tastes good and we drink it warm 2 times a day, half a glass 30 minutes before meals). Great mood, friends!
