Cooking method:

To prepare this dish, you must take the following products: cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, chicken eggs, hard cheese, milk, sunflower oil, salt, dry basil.

We disassemble cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences, put in a saucepan. Add the Brussels sprouts. Cook cabbage in salted water until tender: broccoli for 5-7 minutes, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts for 10-15 minutes.

While the cabbage is cooking, prepare the sauce for the casserole. Break eggs into a bowl.

Add milk, salt to taste and dry basil to the eggs. Add spices and seasonings to taste.

Beat eggs with milk and spices with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Cut the hard cheese into small cubes.

Cool the boiled cabbage a little and put it in a baking dish, greased with sunflower oil.

Add the sliced ​​cheese.
