This recipe is certainly not the brandy that is made from grapes in oak barrels.
Yet through it gives a very pleasant drink, despite the "lite" mode.

RECIPE FOR DOMESTIC BRANDY
Ingredients:
(3 liters vodka or diluted alcohol)
• 8 cloves
• 8 bits or 8 tsp Sahara
• 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp citric acid or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
Preparation:
1. Pour all the ingredients in a jar with vodka, stir to dissolve the sugar and leave to infuse for 10 days or more.
Ideally - 2 weeks.
2. Then strain. Better to do it with the help of filter paper, but if not, you can use tissue paper and cotton wool.
3. Napikom fill bottles.
You can also add a variety of additives in each bottle.
Tastes best obtained with cherry leaves.
4. Nice to add a few raisins or Schisandra berries, oak bark (it is sold in a pharmacy).
Very pleasant taste is obtained by insisting on fresh berries, gooseberries.
Store homemade brandy is best in a cool dark place.
