Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of57kg.
I understand that the last days before the New Year holidays, everyone will be busy with pre-holiday preparations. There is already much not up to weight loss.
But still, I hope that there are those who, even on holidays, will relax a little and rush into battle with renewed vigor.

Well, I'll continue my calorie count and share my menu for the day. For more than 1.5 years now, I have not hungry, without breakdowns, I have been losing weight deliciously and satisfyingly and even celebrating the holidays, allowing myself a variety of snacks and not limiting myself to only "grass".
For breakfast I have oatmeal with suluguni cheese. This, of course, is not my favorite oatmeal with curd cheese and lightly salted fish, but it blinded from what was in the refrigerator.
For an oat pancake, I needed: 30 g of oatmeal, 1 egg, 30 g of milk 2.5%, a pinch of salt and soda. For the filling - 45 g of suluguni cheese.
It turned out breakfast for 390 kcal.
Today since the morning I am at work, finishing everything that had to be done yesterday, but yesterday I did not have time, because I was preparing for my husband's birthday.
It's good that closer to the holidays there is less and less work.
Snack on fruit - 170 g of mandarin - 65 kcal.
And for tea I took 20 g of chocolate and 15 g of cashews -200 kcal.
For lunch I have boiled potatoes (150 g) and chicken and beef jelly (150 g).
No wonder I spent the whole day in the kitchen cooking this jellied meat - I can afford it, all the more it fits perfectly into KBZHU.
The lunch was about 335 kcal.
To be honest, I didn't count the calorie content of jellied meat when I cooked it. And now I took into account the average calorie content of jellied meat from the "calorie counter" application. Therefore, the calorie content of lunch is approximately.
I was surprised that the jellied meat is actually not that and terribly high in calories. When I tried to calculate offhand for my products, I got even fewer calories than various recipes from the Internet.
In many organizations, managers decided to give employees additional days of rest before the New Year - December 30 and 31 were made days off and without any working off on other days. For example, my husband in the organization and my father-in-law.
Who else is so lucky?
Before dinner, my husband and I went on business and grocery shopping. The shops are full of people, even during business hours. Apparently, many have already got off work.
For dinner I have a chicken bomb with prunes, cheese and walnuts and some cherry tomatoes.
Dinner went out on 260 kcal.
In just a day I did it 1245 kcal.
The coming of the New Year is not felt at all, although there are literally a few days left.
