Good day everyone!

Come to my channel if you are interested in my weight loss experience, everyday menus and recipes.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for wonderful cutlets.
By my example (and already by the example of subscribers) I show that losing weight can be tasty and satisfying. And you don't have to eat vegetable cutlets, vegetable pancakes, vegetable muffins, and so on.
And here's another delicious recipe - chopped chicken cutlets with cheese and vegetables.
This is a bomb!
✅I have used the following products:
- chicken breast - 3 fillets - 890 g,
- half bell pepper - 85 g,
- suluguni cheese - 130 g,
- a pack of 5% cottage cheese - 180 g,
- garlic 3-4 cloves - 15 g,
- salt, black pepper, seasoning vegetables and herbs of Greece (if desired, you can use your favorite seasonings).
✅Cooking.
Chop the chicken fillet into minced meat with a knife. How much finely chop it depends on your taste preferences.
Finely chop the bell pepper and garlic and add to the minced chicken.
Cottage cheese and suluguni grated on a coarse grater are sent there.
Add spices to taste - salt, black pepper. I also added the versatile vegetable and Greek herb seasoning.
Mix everything well.
I divided the cutlet into 3 parts.
From one part (490 g of minced meat) I fried 4 cutlets (on average, the cutlet came out about 90-100 g ready-made).
I put the rest of the minced meat in the freezer to use it on occasion.
I fried cutlets on an electric grill without oil.
Those who do not have an electric grill - such cutlets can be baked in the oven or fried in a non-stick frying pan without oil under a lid over low heat.
