Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

And even we, who are losing weight, can afford a couple of pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. We will not be left without a holiday!
âś…Ingredients:
- milk 2.5% - 300 g,
- 3 chicken eggs,
- 150 g whole grain rice flour
- a pinch of salt,
- 4 sachets / sachets of sahzam (can be substituted with sugar to taste),
- 10 g butter.
Let's bake pancakes and delight ourselves and our loved ones!
Stir the chicken eggs well, add the sweetener and a pinch of salt - mix.
We send 150 g of milk to the microwave or to the stove and bring to a boil.
We send the remaining 150 g to the eggs - mix.
Add flour to the dough and knead well.
Then pour in hot milk - mix.
The dough is ready!
It turns out liquid.
Preheat the pan and rinse it off with literally a drop of oil - I use a brush to spread the oil over the surface of the pan.
We bake pancakes.
Pour very little dough into the pan so that it is distributed in a thin layer over the entire surface. Since the dough is liquid, it is distributed perfectly.
You can serve pancakes with yogurt and berries - bon appetit!
KBZHU per 100 g: K - 266, B - 10.17, F - 8.82, U - 34.6.
