Good day everyone!
Who has already turned on the spring standby mode?
We didn't even have winter, but now the closeness of spring is felt in the air, especially when the sun is shining brightly. I already want spring days and warmth.
Soon it will be possible to walk more and spend time more actively, which is only for the benefit of our slimming people, right?
Lots of new ones every day, let's get acquainted!
My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.
Another illustrative photo information:
And I'll move on to my menu for the day.
Breakfast - cottage cheese pancakes with the addition of whole wheat flour, 9% cottage cheese (300 g) with 20 g of yogurt and 10 g homemade sloe jam (I really wanted my jam, looking at how mine eat with him cheesecakes).
Breakfast turned out to be 430 kcal.
I ate three things out of 4 that are on the plate.
Snack - green tea and peanuts (25 g) with dried cranberries (30 g).
Cranberries and peanuts were finished during the day.
Snack on 225 kcal
For lunch, I boiled potatoes (200 g) and baked pollock in yogurt (150 g - raw weight). Plus vegetable salad dressed with sour cream 10%.
Lunch turned out to be 330 kcal.
And she fried chops for hers. As they smelled, they beckoned! But no, I have baked pollock!)
For some reason I wanted scrambled eggs for dinner.
I made something like an omelet with homemade ham (100 g), bell pepper, onion (60 g) and two eggs.
I fried the onion without oil, added ham and pepper, fried it and poured it over with an egg - quickly and very tasty!
Dinner went out on 330 kcal.
In total, 1315 kcal were obtained in a day.
I followed the drinking regimen, but there was no physical activity. The last day off was just relaxing at home and watching a movie - a quiet family day off.
Today we have a plan for the film "Doctor Sleep" based on Stephen King, who watched? Did you like it? Share your impressions.
I just didn't understand what impression the film made on me. It seems to be both interesting and intriguing, but in my opinion it was somehow delayed and filmed as if 15-20 years ago (or is it so it should seem? Is this the idea?).
Reminder.
Shrovetide week is underway, so I will once again remind you of the video recipe for rice pancakes - thin, tender, delicious - just what you need:
