And most importantly, to everyone who wants to lose weight, I wish you a tasty and satisfying weight loss and achieve the desired results!

And the fact that everything is possible - I know for sure.

Like most of you, I have been struggling with being overweight all my life. I was not lucky to be born that witch who eats and does not get fat. I eat and if I eat a lot, I get fat!

But now I know exactly how much I can eat so as not to gain extra pounds and even lose weight.

In MayIn 2018, I switched to proper nutrition (about PP) and a calorie deficit. And I managed to get rid of 59 kilograms already.

And I started my way in the weight of 132 kg and 172 cm in height.

And now I keep my blog in the form of a daily diary to tell about my experience, menu, share simple and delicious recipes for dishes on which I lost weight and grow slimmer further.

February 27 is the day that we managed to free with my husband to celebrate my birthday, which was 26. Once again, thank you all for the congratulations!

The plans include a movie, sushi, a walk and no calorie deficit!

True, out of habit, I tried to count them 😂

Well, for breakfast I have rice pancakes (85 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (65 g) - 405 kcal.

And drank with pancakesgreen tea.

Since I knew that we would have lunch only around 15 o'clock, before leaving I had a bite of green tea and homemade ham (60 g) with cheese (40 g) - 230 kcal.

And you briefly how the day went on:

We went to the cinema, watched Guy Ritchie's new film - Gentlemen. I really liked the film, with a twist, intrigue, interestingly filmed. I didn’t regret choosing this particular film.

It seems to me that people are divided into those who love sushi rolls and those who cannot stand them).

I had never eaten sushi before, like my husband, we did not understand them. And now we love them very much and sometimes indulge.

So on this day we decided to visit a Japanese cafe.

For lunch there was a set of rolls with salmon for two, according to the menu - 1284 kcal.

And they also took to try fried mozzarella with garlic sauce, according to the menu - 404 kcal and a glass of martini (150 ml) - 210 kcal. But I forgot to photograph the mozzarella. The set of rolls then came to my senses by accident.

Already at home, in the evening I really wanted green tea and with tea I ate 100 g of homemade ham - 145 kcal.

It's a day today without vegetables and fruits, but that doesn't mean that I don't eat them. It's just that today is the day when all the rules and prohibitions are violated.

And then many will look at the pictures of plates of one day and immediately let us draw our conclusions about what I eat and what I don't eat at all. Some people know how to do this and practice.

The result was 1930 kcal.

Here's a loading day. Usually you tell me that my loading days are when I indulge in something tasty and not very "correct", practically fit into my deficit and not so much loading days (although I no longer I want to).

How about this time? A normal load of almost 2000 kcal, while my norm is about 1750 kcal?)
