Good day everyone and delicious weight loss!
I have another delicious chicken breast recipe for you!
Such a breast definitely cannot get bored - because yummy is tender and juicy!
I already lost count - how many different ways of cooking chicken breast I have tried and shared with you.
Today I suggest you try chicken breast in a creamy mushroom sauce, which at the exit has a wonderful KBZhU.
Despite the fact that this dish is more for me, slimmer - they ate mine with pleasure and asked to cook it more often.
✅Ingredients I used:
- chicken breast - I have 3 small fillets (510 g),
- small onion - 50 g,
- mushrooms (I have frozen mushrooms) - 240 g,
- cream 10% - 50 g,
- cheese (I have suluguni) - 50 g,
- universal vegetable seasoning, dry garlic, salt, black ground pepper.
✅Cooking.
Rub the chicken breast with spices - dry garlic, black pepper, salt, universal vegetable seasoning (optional) and put it immediately in a baking dish - let it marinate a little there.
Let's move on to mushrooms. I have my own honey agarics, which we collected that year and froze. I defrosted the mushrooms in advance, finely chopped the onion.
In a frying pan with the addition of water, so as not to burn, fry the onions.
As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add mushrooms to it, salt and pepper and bring to readiness.
Transfer the mushrooms to a mixer, pour 60 ml of cream and turn into a sauce. If it turns out too thick and there is a spoon in it, add a little water (50-100 ml).
Put the sauce on the chicken breast and put it in the oven for 180 g for 20 minutes.
Then sprinkle with cheese.
And put it in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until a cheese crust forms.
Our chicken with creamy mushroom sauce is ready!
Enjoy your meal!
The breast is tender, juicy and with a mushroom aroma - just bliss.
I ate it with a vegetable salad. Can be served with a side dish - bulgur, buckwheat, boiled potatoes.
KBZHU per 100g: K - 151.6, B - 24.84, F - 5.33, U - 1.88.
