Good day everyone and delicious weight loss!
Today I come to you with a recipe for baked mackerel.
But before sharing the recipe, I would like to remind you how useful this fish is.
Mackerel contains a huge amount of nutrients and has a fairly rich biochemical composition, contains useful cholesterol.
It is recommended for those who have cardiovascular disorders, high blood clotting and atherosclerosis.
The meat of this tender and tasty fish is fatty and rich in vitamins, especially vitamin D and B12. Mackerel contains a lot of potassium, iodine, fluorine, phosphorus, sodium, manganese.
Mackerel is very useful for female beauty.
Mackerel is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
But for all its usefulness, we are losing weight, it should be remembered that this fish has a sufficiently high calorie content and its use should be limited.
✅Ingredients:
- mackerel,
- sour cream 10% - 25 g,
- dill - a couple of twigs,
- lemon 4 -5 slices,
- onion - 80 g,
- salt, black pepper.
✅Cooking.
The most important and time-consuming thing is to peel the mackerel.
We need to wash the fish well, open the abdomen, take out all the insides, remove the film on the abdomen, rinse.
Next, we cut along the abdomen to the tail and carefully using a knife, we take out the ridge. In the video, you can more clearly see how I do it (link to the video recipe at the end of the article).
We clean all large bones.
Cut the onion into rings or half rings and put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. You can pour over boiling water. We do this so that the onion has time to cook at the same time as the fish and there is no raw onion taste.
We lay out the fish, salt, pepper, grease with sour cream.
Put onion, dill and lemon slices on the fish, add
Wrap in foil.
We send it to the oven for 180 g for 25 minutes, then open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
That's all! Enjoy your meal!
