I have never eaten so much to lose weight! We are accustomed to the fact that getting rid of excess weight should be difficult, with hunger, with restrictions on food. We seem to punish ourselves for being overweight and exhausting ourselves with diets. And having worn out on the next diet, we are just waiting for the moment when it ends in order to quickly celebrate and eat up all that we did not allow ourselves on the diet.

So I would have walked in circles, losing weight and gaining weight again, if it had not changed my mind and realized all my mistakes.

If we want to break the vicious circle, we must understand one thing: it is necessary to find such nutrition that you can maintain throughout your life. Will you be able to diet all your life, endure hunger and restrictions for the sake of harmony? I don’t think there will be many people interested.

But there is a comfortable way to stay slim and at the same time not go hungry and not look with the eyes of a driven gazelle at sweets.

You can control your diet, stay slim and eat deliciously by counting calories. It was calorie counting that opened my eyes to how much I eat and why I am recovering. And it's not about the portions that were small enough - it's about the calorie content of the food!

On Saturday I had a day of loading and taking a break from everything, including food photography and counting, so I will not talk about it.

And on Sunday I was lazy and just sandwiches for breakfast. Bread (60 g), butter (10 g), carp caviar (40 g) and 25 g of cheese.

It turned out breakfast for 400 kcal.

I wanted to reduce the amount of green tea I drink per day, but I realized that in the morning 300 ml of tea is not enough for me. So far I returned my 500 ml mug in the morning, so that there was something to take with me after breakfast. I decided that in the morning I would choose a mug according to my mood, but during the day I would change 100% to 300 ml.

Weekends we have "seals", only went to the store on Saturday, and then spent the rest of the weekend at home, watching movies. Sometimes you really want just such a rest, when you don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to do anything.

As a snack, I will assume that I had cashew nuts, which I pulled a little from my husband's plate.

I ate about 30 g of nuts - 195 kcal.

For lunch, stuffed peppers (500 g - weight with broth) and 30 g sour cream.

Lunch at 400 kcal.

It's good that I cooked a lot of food the other day - I practically didn't cook on weekends, they ate what was in the fridge.

Planned for dinner were potatoes with lightly salted herring and some vegetables. A simple set of products, but how delicious!

Dinner - 150 g of boiled potatoes, 100 g of lightly salted herring and 100 g of vegetables (tomato, radish).

Happened 355 kcal.

And later, with tea, I ate 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal.

I discovered radishes for myself in winter. If those tomatoes and cucumbers that are sold now are sometimes simply impossible to eat, then radishes are very good. It's a pity that it rarely happens in our shops. If we go somewhere, I will definitely buy packaging.

The total of the day is 1460. B - 105, F - 70, U - 100.

And as always, a drinking regimen and physical education will help.
