Good day and delicious, satisfying weight loss!

And such weight loss is possible with the help of a calorie deficit and proper nutrition (well, or about PP).

I myself have lost 60 kg in almost 2 years (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm) and share with you my experience, my menu and recipes for dishes on which I continue to lose weight.

For several Sundays in a row you have been losing me. And this is all because I decided to get treatment at the dentist. It's time. The first step was forced and I no longer want to repeat the sad experience. I decided to treat my teeth on the sly, to remove my wisdom teeth.

And this Saturday I parted with another wisdom tooth. And my Saturday diet consisted of what you see in the collage below:

In the morning I had breakfast sandwiches on Darnitsk bread (50 g) with homemade turkey drumstick ham (120 g) and drank green tea. Right after breakfast, we went to the dentist. Since our dentist is in Moscow, we have to leave early, this is our fate for zamkadysh😂.

And after breakfast, the next meal was at about 15 o'clock and it was fermented baked milk (290 ml) - I really wanted to eat, but waited for the anesthesia to go away. Having solved all their affairs in Moscow, dropping wherever they planned, we returned home.

At home I was waiting for a fish soup, which I ate 460 g.

In the evening there were also rye crispbreads with lightly salted fish and squash caviar. But since I practically did not count calories that day, I waved my hand at the photo (I was lazy, to be honest) and weighing the food.

I believe that 1300-1350 kcal almost fit into my calorie intake, maybe a little short.

But on Sunday I'm back in the ranks!

Finally, yesterday in Moscow, I bought whole grain rye flour and will again bake homemade whole grain bread.

But for now, today for breakfast sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (65 g) with homemade ham (110 g) with green tea.

Breakfast came out on 290 kcal.

Usually my breakfasts are always hearty and high-calorie. But on the weekend, I decided to make a banana muffin for a snack, so I left more calories on it.

For percussion - a banana cake (90 g) and 5 g of dried cranberries.

Happened 275 kcal.

For lunch, I baked fish on an onion pillow with cheese (220 g portion turned out).

Garnish for the fish - boiled potatoes (120 g) and some vegetables (a total of 160 g).

Lunch went out on 440 kcal.

For dinner - chicken breast in curdled milk with a cheese crust (120 g) and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper - only 150 g).

Dinner went out on 250 kcal.

And later with tea 50 g of dates - 135 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1390 kcal.

I observe the drinking regimen, I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and before each meal and, if desired, during the day.

I found great advice in the comments for those who want to constantly break loose and walk in a vicious circle (diet - breakdown - gaining even more weight).

Excellent advice from those who are in captivity of stereotypes and repeat like a mantra: "small portions", "do not eat", "close mouth "and does not even want to understand what has long been proven - you need to eat in a balanced way and spend more than you consume.

Only then is weight loss guaranteed without harm to health.

And what the advice leads to - we all know, everything has already been passed and more than once.

Apparently, something delicious from Monica is so rare that she cannot stop - she eats more, more and more 🤦‍♀️
