Good day everyone and delicious weight loss.

Are you still within the framework of stereotypes and think that there is no tasty and satisfying weight loss?

And now I know exactly what happens - after all the diets that I went through and with the help of which I ate 132 kg - yes, with the help of diets, because after each of them I almost always broke down and started eating more more.

But for almost two years now, I have been eating tasty and satisfying and have already lost 60 kg. And the girls who have joined me are constantly bragging about their results.

A small calorie deficit and about PP - they do their job.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for fish cakes that are included in my diet, and on which I continue to slim.

✅Ingredients:

  • minced fish (I have minced pollock - 910 g),
  • 2 onions - 140 g
  • 1 chicken egg
  • semolina of hard varieties - 80 g,
  • cream 10% - 170 g,
  • salt, ground black pepper, lemon pepper (or a little lemon zest or 1 tsp of lemon juice),
  • any whole grain flour about 30 g for deboning.
  • olive oil - 1 teaspoon - 5 g.

✅Cooking.

I had purchased minced pollock, so I didn't have to suffer with cutting fish and cooking minced meat.

I finely chopped the onion and sent it to fry in a pan without oil, with the addition of water, so as not to burn.

While the onions are fried, we turn to the minced meat.

Salt and pepper the minced fish, add lemon pepper or a little lemon zest / juice.

Then pour 10% cream and a stirred egg into the minced meat.

Add semolina from durum wheat.

Mix everything well. By that time, our onions have already been fried (do not forget to stir it sometimes so that it does not burn out).

We send the onion to the minced meat, mix and let the minced meat stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells.

After 30 minutes, with wet hands, we begin to sculpt cutlets.

Fry the cutlets in a frying pan (I use a non-stick pan) in 1 teaspoon of olive oil on both sides until cooked under the lid.
