Good day and delicious weight loss!

It looks like spring does not want to please us with an early arrival and the sun. It is still cloudy. And so I want to walk a lot in the fresh air, I want more activity!

An active pastime is a great help for those who are losing weight.

If 80% of success in losing weight is nutrition, then an active lifestyle allows you to spend even more energy and works on the quality of the body.

Let's introduce ourselves. Is there anyone who first came to visit me?

My name is Anya and I started my weight loss journey with a slight calorie deficit in May 2018, weighing 132.2 kg (with an increase of 172 cm), setting myself 1700 kcal per day. And now, having gone through the path of mistakes, and correcting them, I came to the result - minus 60 kg, and now I share with you my experience, menus and recipes for dishes on which I continue to grow slimmer.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

For breakfast, scrambled eggs from two eggs and two rye bread (20 g) with avocado (45 g) and salted chum salmon (70 g).

I drank green tea at breakfast.

Happened 450 kcal.

I love hearty breakfasts and have long taught myself to have a good breakfast and distribute the calorie content of meals in decreasing order in the evening (at least - I try to distribute it this way).

This afternoon I decided that while no one is in the way - I need to pay more attention to myself, and not 15 minutes for an evening shower.

And then many are so worried about my "stretched" skin... and then I tuck it in tights, and wrap it around me... what kind of nonsense you read🤣

And now I stole an hour of time for myself. I haven't rested like that for a long time! And only an hour of time, which can be found simply by spending less time on the Internet.

Salt bath, blue clay mask, coffee scrub with citrus oil based on shower gel, body milk with vitamins A and E combined with slow weight loss helps my skin pull up.

Today, as a bourgeois, I took a salt bath and had a snack. Not champagne and caviar, of course.

For a snack - cucumber (130 g) with lightly salted chum salmon (50 g), 25 g of cheese and green tea.

Just a snack 205 kcal.

I had dinner ready since yesterday - I prepared a whole frying pan of chakhokhbili. And buckwheat remained from some day, it was necessary to finish it.

Therefore, before lunch, I worked at the computer. After such relaxation and almost spa procedures, I don't want to work at all, but it is NECESSARY, not to sit until the night.

Lunch - 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 180 g of chakhokhbili (weight taking into account the gravy and minus the bones from the shin).

Lunch went out on 375 kcal.

Dinner - vegetable salad (cucumber, tomato, herbs - only 150 g), seasoned with 25 g of sour cream 10% and pollock fishcake (130 g).

Dinner went out on 200 kcal.

In the evening, a few hours before bedtime, I drank green tea with dried mango (40 g) - 100 kcal.

By the way, for a long time now I have been eating dried fruits in the evening (and these are those terrible carbohydrates that should not be eaten at all - as some believe). And while the weight is slowly going away. The devil is not so terrible as he is painted?

In just a day - 1330 kcal.

Drinking regimen - a glass of water on an empty stomach, before each meal and throughout the day as desired.

At home, from physical activity - plank, squats, swings, exercises with a fitness band for hands.
