Good day everyone and delicious weight loss.
Since May 2018, I switched to proper nutrition (well, almost correct, something around it) and a calorie deficit. And now, in almost 2 years I got rid of 60 extra pounds from 132 kilograms.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight, a menu for the day and recipes for dishes on which I continue to lose weight.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for tomato soup with lentils, vegetables and turkey breast.
The recipe was born as they say on the go.
β Ingredients I used:
- turkey breast - 540 g,
- small carrots - 50 g,
- onion - 100 g,
- sweet pepper 1 piece - 70 g (I had ramiro pepper),
- 2 tomatoes - 80 g (I had frozen cream),
- potatoes 3 pieces - 425 g,
- red lentils - 50 g dry,
- tomato paste 2 teaspoons - 10 g,
- salt, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 allspice peas, 1/2 teaspoon dry garlic.
β Cooking.
We put the pan on fire. I have a soup with 2 liters of water, I take a saucepan for 4.5 liters and immediately add an incomplete spoonful of salt.
Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater and send them to a saucepan with boiling water.
While the carrots and onions are boiling, I rub the frozen tomatoes, which are slightly thawed, on a coarse grater, and send them to the pan.
Then I cut the turkey breast into medium sized pieces.
The broth boiled again and I send the turkey breast to the pan.
Then I chop the potatoes and when the broth starts to boil, I send the potatoes to the pan.
Next, I chop the bell pepper.
When the meat and potatoes are half cooked, I send the peppers and lentils to the pan.
I cook lentils and potatoes almost until cooked and add tomato paste, lavrushka and allspice.
At the very end, I add green tea (I had frozen dill) and turn off the heat.
Enjoy your meal!
