My journey began on the May holidays of 2018 with a weight of 132 kg.
At that moment, when everyone was resting, grilling kebabs and drinking beer, I decided that that's enough.
Stop torturing yourself with diets and hunger strikes. We need a rational approach that will help get rid of excess weight, so much so that in the future, adhering to certain rules, do not gain everything again.
And I found a way that helped me lose 60 kg in almost 2 years.
This is proper nutrition (well, almost correct), calorie counting and their small deficit.
Through trial and error, I came to 1300 kcal (and now I started to slowly add calories so that the body gradually gets used to its norm and leaves the deficit). And I started with 1700 kcal. This is a lot of food, good portions, which allows you to starve and not get overwhelmed. It is quite possible to include a candy, a piece of chocolate, baked goods in such a calorie - this will not let you get lost in dreams of the same candy.
Gradually, I got used to cooking less high-calorie meals. She adapted her favorite dishes, cooking them with less high-calorie foods, frying without oil.
All my experiments in cooking were aimed at reducing calories and preserving taste.
The main rule is tasty, satisfying, but not high in calories. And this rule works!

I'll move on to my Sunday menu.
Regular readers may have noticed that there was no Saturday menu. I decided to give myself a full weekend. For two days I didn’t work, I didn’t write anything for the blog, I went to the computer only once to submit data on hot and cold water for the Criminal Code.
To be honest, I'm mentally worn out. I want to self-isolate (current topic). I feel like "groundhog day" is overtaking me.
I'm really looking forward to the warm days and it will be possible to walk for a long time under the sun, walk my war horse - a bicycle and ride around the neighborhood.
My Sunday breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese.
I needed 35 g of lavash, 1 chicken egg and 50 g of cheese.
It turned out breakfast for 365 kcal.
And I and I without a mug of green tea at breakfast.
Anyway, throughout the day, green tea accompanies me everywhere at home. When I work at the computer, a mug of tea is always there. When I cook something - again, there is always a mug of tea in front of my eyes. Just like a bottle of water👆.
On Sunday I decided to treat myself and my family with orange and carrot muffins. You love them too, judging by the comments.
I cooked 2 servings at once. The recipe requires orange peel and I used 2 small oranges, peeled them off, and ate the oranges for a snack while preparing the muffins.
Snack - 150 g oranges - 55 kcal.
And when the muffins were ready - I drank green tea and ate 2 muffins (100 g) - 205 kcal.
For some reason, on Sunday, I wanted something tasty and not at all from the PP series. I decided to cook pizza for dinner!
But I didn't waste time on pizza dough, because I almost always have lavash in the fridge! And I have already shared with you a quick and delicious recipe for pizza on pita bread. Fillings can be of any taste and mood.
For myself, I put homemade ham in the stuffing place of sausage, and the rest of the ingredients, as for everyone, are tomato, bell pepper, pickled cucumber and suluguni cheese.
My dinner went out to 400 kcal.
We spent the weekend at home. How good it is to spend two whole days without doing anything. Just relax, watch movies and eat some tasty treats.
For the past month, we went to Moscow every Saturday to see a dentist.
Oh, and this is a costly business, to treat teeth, especially when I have not visited the dentist for a long time. Correctly say - teeth should be treated immediately and checked once every six months.
But so far our budget has worn out. We sit at home.
The only thing, I had to go for groceries on Saturday morning.
All week I could not buy buckwheat, they took it apart in supermarkets. But on the market on Saturday, in one of the shops, I calmly bought myself a couple of kilograms.
I hope everyone will calm down in the near future and stop buying everything.
You don't have time to read news in the media, which are immediately refuted in a couple of hours. This is the one who sows panic among the population.
By the evening, I was already so lazy that I decided to cook something for dinner quickly and with minimal expenditure of my resources.
The choice fell on a turkey stew with vegetables in cream. I used frozen vegetables (green peas and green beans) that I found in the freezer. It's time to buy several types of frozen vegetables, so that in such cases as today, you can cook something quickly, but tasty.
Dinner - turkey (breast) stewed with vegetables in cream (260 g) and a few cherry tomatoes - 240 kcal.
During the day I ate 20 g of peanuts - 100 kcal.
And in a day I got 1365 kcal.
I observe the drinking regime. I drink my 2 liters of clean drinking water (sometimes even more), although I never drank water at all and suffered from edema. And now I have already forgotten what swelling of the legs is and all thanks to the well-established drinking regime.
Oddly enough, but if we drink little water, the body tries with all its might to stock up on it, because it feels its deficiency.
You often write that you cannot drink your water norm, the water simply does not climb into you. And so it was with me. When you don't drink water at all for many years, it is difficult to change your habits. But gradually - really change everything. I put a bottle of water next to me, set a reminder on my phone to drink water. And little by little I added the amount of water in the diet.
No need to immediately rush and forcefully pour 3 liters into yourself. Increasing the amount of water in the diet every day, you gradually get used to it, and then the body itself asks for a drink.
