Good day everyone and delicious weight loss.

Sometimes I really want to crunch something, some tasty chips.

In order not to crunch with harmful chemicals, I suggest you try pita chips. Certainly a more useful option for store-bought, supposedly potato chips.

✅We need the following ingredients:

  • thin pita bread, 1 sheet - 180 g,
  • sour cream 10% - 60 g,
  • low-fat cheese - 50 g,
  • sweet paprika - sprinkle generously,
  • dry garlic - 1/3 teaspoon.

✅Let's make our harmless chips!

The first step is to grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Mix the cheese with 50 g of sour cream 10% and dry garlic.

Cut off half of the lavash sheet and lay it out on a silicone mat or baking paper. The main thing is that it is convenient to transfer to a baking sheet.

Grease a sheet of pita bread with a cheese mixture.

Next, cut into stripes with scissors and then cut into squares from the stripes.

We remove the resulting workpiece in a preheated oven for 180 g for 5 minutes.

Then look at your oven, if you get crispy pita bread - the chips are ready! If it is still soft, let it stand for a few more minutes. The main thing is not to burn😉

I greased the second half of the pita bread with sour cream, sprinkled with a little salt and paprika, and also cut it into squares and sent it to the oven.

  • It also turns out deliciously if you sprinkle pita bread smeared with sour cream - a vegetable universal seasoning or dry herbs to your taste.
  • You can also use smoked paprika with black pepper for smoky flavor lovers and thrill-seekers.
