Omelet with potatoes

Peel the potato, grate it on a coarse grater (you can use the one on which the carrots are rubbed for "Korean carrots", drive an egg into the potato, salt and pepper and pour it all into the frying pan. You can use butter as well as vegetable oil - whichever you prefer.

Fry this potato omelette pancake on both sides - voila, breakfast is ready.

Egg salad in five minutes

We take an egg, a banal egg. We send to cook.

We take an onion, a banal onion. We cut it into small cubes and send it to fry. When the egg is boiled, the onion will reach a caramel degree of roasting (this is when it is crunchy and fried, well, I call it that, because it still has a caramel color).

Peel the egg, knead with a fork, add fried onions there, salt and season with sour cream or mayonnaise.

And then sprinkle with herbs on top and, if you are too lazy to rub the cheese, put just plastic - both on the piece that is with the egg, and on the piece that we have just a circle.
