My blog is about delicious weight loss. For two years now I stopped tormenting myself with diets and found a rational approach to harmony. And the result was not long in coming.
The best contribution is contribution to yourself. All misfortunes will pass, but the fat that we can save up during this time will remain with us.
So let's not let this happen!
Calorie deficiency, proper nutrition and physical education at home will help us to strengthen our health, immunity, and build up to meet the summer fully armed.

My name is Anya and on a calorie deficit and around PP since May 2018 I have lost 60 kg. My weight was 132 kg (with a height of 172 cm). Now the weight fluctuates in the region of 71-72 kg.
I'll go to the menu.
For breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (75 g) with butter (10 g) and cheese (30 g), as well as with squash caviar (60 g).
I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.
Breakfast - 380 kcal.
Today my husband and I decided to go to buy food. Who knows what else they will come up with and how everything will turn out further.
Since we did not participate in the general hysteria with the purchase of buckwheat and toilet paper, we decided to go today and stock up on food so that we would not leave home for a week.
I already work at home, at my husband’s firm, all the workers were dismissed to go home, we’ll need a decent amount of food, and the supply of them will not hurt us.
In our suburbs, too, everyone should stay at home and go out and throw out the garbage, and go to the pharmacy and buy groceries.
We put on masks (I even put on gloves) and went. And in the store to the people - my dear mother. And everyone takes a lot of alcohol in addition to food. People have a holiday or something.
Half of the buyers are wearing masks only. The majority, apparently, still considers everything that happens as a joke. Mommy alone with three children came to the store, and even walks like on the promenade (even if there are no adults no one else is at home - two of the children are quite at the age when they can stay at home alone and watch baby. But no🤷♂️).
Arriving home, sorting out the products, I decided to cook something tasty, but from a series of low-calorie snacks. If yesterday I baked pancakes for my friends, today I decided to please everyone, including myself.
And while I was cooking - I ate 25 g of peanuts - 140 kcal.
For lunch I cooked chicken broth on chicken breast and boiled hard noodles separately. I never cook vermicelli in broth, but lay out the portion-boiled vermicelli and fill it with ready-made broth. Be sure not to forget to put greenfinches and garlic in a plate.
A plate of chicken broth with chicken breast (400 g) and 50 g of boiled noodles TSP went to 300 kcal.
And some time after lunch, I ate my royal cheesecake (PP version).
110 g of cheesecake came out on 245 kcal.
I will definitely share with you the recipe for this yummy.
And I have dinner - chicken breast fried on an electric grill (150 g), 100 g of potatoes and 30 g of Korean carrots.
It turned out to be a dinner for 270 kcal.
In total, 1330 kcal came out in a day. And plus at dinner I stole a couple of pieces of herring from hers. Naturally, I didn't weigh them, but at 1400 kcal, I just kept it.
I follow the drinking regime without fail.
While we are sitting at home and inactive, we must definitely do physical education at home. And also there is time for your beloved - pay attention to skin care and she will thank you with a turgor.
