Why fat people swell and how to deal with it.

Good day and delicious weight loss!

I achieved the result thanks to a calorie deficit, proper nutrition (about PP), physical education at home, walking, and of course, an established drinking regimen.

Today I want to talk with you again about edema, which is almost always a companion of excess weight.

Edema is the accumulation of fluid in the tissues, water retention in the body.

Why are they formed?

As many people think - from excess water. And they try to drink even less water than before.

But the paradox is that edema is formed in people most often with little water intake.

Yes, edema can be with diseases of the cardiovascular system, and with kidney disease. But most often in healthy people, edema occurs precisely from a lack of water in the body.

In addition, when a person drinks a large amount of water at a time, it does not have time to be processed and is simply excreted from the body, taking with it valuable trace elements. It turns out that you drink water, a lot of water, but again there is no sense and swelling appears.

The exception is hot weather, very high physical activity - during these periods more water is required than usual.

Our kidneys are capable of processing about 800 ml to 1 liter of water per hour. And if we drink more than a liter of water every hour, excess water will appear, the water-electrolyte balance and cell functions will be disturbed.

Therefore it is important correctly drink water!

Drink water in small portions, 100-200 ml at a time, no more.

At the same time, it is recommended that if you ate soup, drank tea or juice, ate juicy vegetables or fruits - do not rush to drink water.

We already understand that if we drink little water, the body has to store and accumulate water in tissues, because it is a very important component of all processes in the body.

Just think - water is the main component of our blood. And blood carries nutrients, oxygen, and building material for cells throughout the body.

If there is no water shortage, our blood is quite liquid and mobile, and our cells receive everything they need.

With a lack of water, the blood gradually thickens, accordingly, the body has to raise the blood pressure so that it can deliver nutrients to the cells. Hypertension, edema, varicose veins appear.

With the normalization of the drinking regime, the lymphatic system will begin to work well, accordingly, the body will be cleansed of toxins and unnecessary substances.

Besides water scarcity edema can appear from the uncontrolled consumption of salty, spicy, smoked and a huge amount of carbohydrates. A measure is needed in everything!

Exercise and walks in the fresh air, as well as a contrast shower, will also help cope with edema.

I have developed the following drinking regimen for myself:

  • on an empty stomach I drink a glass of water (about 200 ml),
  • I drink a glass of water before each meal,
  • then during the day I drink, if desired, in small portions up to 200 ml of water.

Be healthy, slim and full of energy.
