These are very tasty, tender and juicy cutlets! They are prepared very easily and simply, and the result is always perfect. My family loves these cutlets even more than fried ones. And it's easier to cook them: I immediately put everything on a baking sheet and in the oven, nothing needs to be turned over.
I make these cutlets with sauce, which makes them look very impressive. I recommend that you try to cook these delicious cutlets in the oven.

I cook cutlets with zucchini - it's much tastier, juicier and more tender. Try it and you will be convinced of it.
I rub the zucchini on a fine grater.
Transfer the zucchini to a deep bowl, add a flat teaspoon of salt and stir. I leave it for 10-15 minutes.
15 minutes passed and this is how much juice is released from the zucchini:
I squeeze the zucchini and add to the minced meat.
You can take any minced meat, I have turkey mince.
Add chopped onion to the minced meat.

In a separate plate, I mix the starch with water or juice that comes out of the zucchini.
I add this mixture to the minced meat.
I also add semolina, salt and pepper to taste. I stir it.
Now I add olive oil or sunflower oil and mix again.
Now I beat the minced meat well. I take it in my hands and throw it into a bowl. I do this 10 times, no less.
I form the cutlets and transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
I cook cutlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Time has passed, I take out cutlets.
I mix sour cream with tomato paste and grease the cutlets with this sauce, like this:
I also sprinkle with herbs and again send the cutlets to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
The cutlets are very tender, juicy and unrealistically tasty.
