Good day and delicious weight loss!

Those who are slimming tasty and satisfying on a calorie deficit, maintaining the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, do not get diabetes and therefore, it does not monitor the glycemic index of foods - it is happy to eat tasty and rich in nutrients root vegetable. It's about potatoes.

How many delicious things can be made from potatoes!

For those who follow the figure, the method of cooking potatoes is important. It is better to cook or bake it, but not fry it.

Surely many have tried and know about potato cutlets with cheese, but bad luck - they have to be fried in oil.

But I'll take it and bake it in the oven, I thought, and started cooking.

Delicious and satisfying cutlets turned out. Yes, not as beautiful as if I fried them in a heap of oil in a pan, but is it really a matter of beauty?)

✅I needed the following products:

  • potatoes - 850 g,
  • cheese (any semi-hard cheese, preferably with a fat content below 45%) - 100 g,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 30 g flour (I have whole grain rice, you can take any whole grain flour),
  • garlic 3-4 cloves - 15 g,
  • salt, black pepper to taste.

✅Cooking.

Boil the potatoes in salted water in advance, drain all the water from it, puree and let cool slightly. You can make mashed potatoes in advance when you have free time, and then use them to make cutlets to serve hot, freshly cooked.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Grind the garlic (I used a fine grater).

Add cheese, garlic to mashed potatoes, pepper to taste.

Stir the egg and add to the puree, leaving a little to grease the potato cutlets.

Add flour.

Mix everything well.

Next, we take a baking sheet, I covered it with a silicone mat.

We sculpt the cutlets and put them on a baking sheet.

Lubricate with the left egg.

Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-190 degrees, until a crust forms. Be guided by the timing of your oven.

Enjoy your meal!

Can be served with 10% sour cream (yogurt or soft curd) and herbs.
