Good day to everyone and delicious weight loss!

Today, first of all, I want to congratulate all of you on Easter!

I decided to paint the eggs in onion skins (I didn't cook a lot of eggs) and instead of Easter cake we had a cake according to my last recipe for PP cake (video recipe at the end of the article).

As for the secret of losing weight - it is simple. Nutrition control, calorie counting and calorie deficit. All this makes it possible to eat tasty, satisfying and slim without breakdowns and hunger. At the end of the article, there is a link to a beginner's cheat sheet where I have detailed the highlights for you.

And I'll tell you today about my Saturday menu, as usual with a day's delay.

I drank a lot of water on Saturday after a bad evening with a fish.

And I didn't bother too much about food and BJU. Something came over me, I didn't want anything. The only thing was that I tried to keep my deficit and not go over more than 1400 kcal, but allowed myself what I did not allow before.

But everything is in order.

For breakfast, everyone fried eggs (no butter).

I have two eggs (130 g) and homemade ham (140 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 400 kcal. And of course, I drank green tea at breakfast.

And today I had an unaccounted-for which I tried to write down every time.

Immediately after breakfast, I weighed myself 40 g of Iranian dates and this, according to KBZHU from the package - 65 kcal.

But then something happened to me and nuts were used - almonds 20 g - 120 kcal and later with green tea marshmallow (40 g) - 130 kcal. Moreover, the marshmallow is not the one without sugar, which I still very rarely allowed myself before, but the usual marshmallow.

I don't know what came over me, the currency is all for the weather.

If in the morning I myself ran to pick up farm eggs (so we liked the ones that I took for Easter, and which we tried today in the morning, which I decided to take more, while there were leftovers) and the weather was terrible, it was even snowing and it was cold, but closer to lunch it was lit the sun.

And so it beckons to the street, but you can't. The husband said we are sitting at home.

And then I got carried away.

I already sit at home all day, work at home (even in the best times) and go out on business only, for walks and on weekends somewhere. And here is something that generally turns out to be closed in four walls.

In general, I had to cheer myself up.

On your advice, I pumped up comedies and almost all day we just watched them today. She covered the sun with curtains and, it turns out, it is also good at home, especially with your beloved family!

Dinner today was simple. Everyone wanted boiled potatoes, but with their pickled mushrooms.

My lunch is 250 g of boiled potatoes, 150 g of pickled honey mushrooms (they picked them themselves, pickled them themselves) and the fish left over from yesterday (50 g).

Went out lunch on 350 kcal.

And after lunch I sinned again and ate 40 g of marshmallow with tea - 130 kcal.

After lunch we cheered ourselves up again with films, and before dinner I just made a PP cake for Easter.

The other day I chopped up too much crab salad and now I have to finish it for dinner today.

Dinner - 160 g of salad with crab sticks, seasoned with 50 g of sour cream 10% and 2 thin rye bread (10 g).

It turned out dinner for 260 kcal.

As a result, 1455 kcal per day turned out. The overkill is small, but one of these days I will try to level out two days of excess and sit at about 1300 kcal.
