Good day everyone and delicious weight loss!
I'm glad you came to visit me - here is about tasty and satisfying weight loss.
I share not only my experience of losing weight, but also my everyday menu, and recipes for low-calorie dishes.
Now it's time for the chocolate cherry muffins you've been waiting for.
It turns out that I have a lot of fans of the combination of chocolate-cherry in my subscribers - it's not surprising, it's delicious!
The cupcakes are perfect! Airy, soft, gentle, not dry - that's all
these are pp cupcakes.
In short, not cupcakes, but delight!
โ I needed the following ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese, jar 125 g,
- banana - 100 g
- rice flour - 70 g,
- 2 chicken eggs,
- cocoa 15 g,
- baking powder 1 flat teaspoon, vanillin optional - a pinch,
- frozen cherries - 25 g.
Cooking is the simplest.
Mix all!
I used a mixer - the better the ingredients mix, the better the texture of the muffins will be.
We put banana, cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener in a mixer and mix everything well so that there are no pieces of banana left.
Then add rice flour (in idal, whole grain rice) mixed with baking powder and cocoa.
Mix well again in a mixer.
The dough turns out to be liquid, it pours.
Take the muffin cups. I have silicone molds, which I do not lubricate with anything.
Pour the dough into each mold and put the cherries on top - I put 3 pieces each.
I had frozen cherries, I thawed them and squeezed out excess water.
You can even put 5 berries in for a richer cherry flavor in your muffin.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
That's it - the aromatic chocolate cherry muffins are ready.
You can enjoy your tea!
