All diets were in vain. The weight only increased.

Yes, of course, I lost weight on a diet, but then I immediately got better, because I returned to regular food. I ate little! But how high in calories!

If you have a goal to be slim and healthy, you need to change your attitude to food, change your diet. For breakfast, I wanted scrambled eggs today. I fried myself a scrambled egg of two eggs in a non-stick frying pan without oil. And now I love scrambled eggs with cheese (60 g), with a bite. And cherry slightly refreshed breakfast (60 g).

All this feast came out on 430 kcal.

Such great weather is outside. In spite of everything, our people are walking at full speed.

I went to the store today for milk, but I bought vitamin C.

I saw that dandelions are already blooming with us - you understand that spring is passing by.

For comparison: lemons in Magnet cost 400 rubles for a promotion, kiwi 109 rubles, lime 209 rubles.
At the same time, the content of vitamin C per 100 g: in kiwi - 180 mg, in lemon - 40 mg, in lime - 30 mg.
In my opinion, the choice is obvious. In addition, kiwi is also ahead of lemon in other useful substances.
And you can put lime in tea for aroma and taste, which is 2 times cheaper than lemons now. I really liked the lime green tea.

Snack - 200 g kiwi - 95 kcal.

And drank green tea, added mint to it. They brought mint to us in pots, until it withers with me - I will actively drink tea with it.

For lunch I prepared macaroshki (bows) for everyone.

Only I had a creamy sauce with the addition of chicken breast, which was left over from yesterday, and for the family, at their request, I cooked it with bacon.

I used 150 g of boiled pasta, 100 g of chicken breast, 50 g of cherry tomatoes, 20 g of cheese (sprinkle cleanly to make the eye happy) and 50 ml of 10% cream. From spices - paprika, generously dry garlic and basil.

While the macaroons were cooking, I fried the breast in a pan (it was already ready, I just warmed it up a little) and cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Added paprika, dry garlic and basil - amazing aroma. Fried for a couple of minutes and then covered with cream. I put it out for a few minutes. By that time, the pasta was boiled to al dente. I added them to the pan and stewed them for a few minutes with the resulting sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese when serving.

The result is incredible yummy!

Lunch - 420 kcal.

Walked on the balcony today, ate a tiny apple (80 g) - 40 kcal.

Great walk turned out πŸ˜‚. To be honest, I look with envy at those who do not care, at those who both walked and walk in the forest and lead children to the playground on a swing. But my husband forbids me to go to the "swing", I have to sit at homeπŸ˜‰.

But there in the photo that while it looks like a bald patch and an empty field with dead wood - in fact, abandoned gardens. There is still growing blackthorn, sea buckthorn, chokeberry and in some places a little cherry. And in summer this field is all dotted with blooming lupins - beauty! I still had stewed cabbage, quite a bit. Not much for a side dish, but I had to think of something with it, it was cooked a long time ago. And I decided to make a roll with cabbage and eggs.

How delicious it was for me for dinner!

I ate 250 g of roll - 315 kcal

on a plate 350 g - ate 250.

During the day, I ate 40 g of Iranian dates with tea and drank tea with milk (50 ml) once - 90 kcal.

Total turned out in a day - 1395 kcal.

I actively drink water and do physical education at home.
