Especially when there is no time for cooking, our favorite multicooker comes to the rescue, which will cook a juicy, tender chicken in a delicious sauce. I added my zest to this sauce: a little mustard - it turned out spicy and very tasty.
You can cook any garnish to your taste; both mashed potatoes and buckwheat are ideal. I also really like to serve this chicken stew with corn porridge, try it too.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 500 grams
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Sour cream - 350 ml.
Mustard - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by step recipe:
To cook chicken in sour cream in a slow cooker, we need a very small set of products. I used chicken fillet, but you can replace it with any parts of the bird by cutting them into portions. However, in this case, increase the cooking time slightly.
Take sour cream good, tasty, fat content not less than 20%. To complement it, I opted for the grainless Dijon mustard, which is softer in taste and not as hot as the table mustard, and I also added some dried oregano. The result is a delicious and aromatic sauce. You can add a couple of garlic cloves and a dash of curry powder if desired.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into thin strips.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, which can be safely replaced with butter, put onion. Set the Fry program to 15 minutes and cook the onion half rings until tender for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped chicken and cook until beep for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
You can skip the process of frying onions and chicken fillets, but I like it more, the dish turns out with a richer taste and aroma.
