Do you still think that you can only lose weight by limiting yourself in food so much that you have to starve? And the food of losing weight is not tasty?

It's just that you haven't tried to lose weight by counting calories yet. Nobody else has quit calorie counting not lost weight, as one of my subscribers recently said.

Everyone who is inclined to be overweight, who has a wide bone, who "eats little" and still gains weight, who simply a distended stomach, as well as "a constitution such that it is destined to be full" - tried various diets, lost weight, tried. But you must admit, in most cases, excess weight still returned.

I speak so confidently about this, because I also had a wide bone, and a "constitution", and "I ate little," and so on. And just like you, I went on diets, after which the weight returned.

But everything changed when I decided to rationally approach the issue of losing weight, studied a lot of information and found a way that is real works, and, unlike many diets, does not harm the body, but on the contrary helps to normalize nutrition and defeat many sores.

How does calorie counting and calorie deficit work? In short:

I did it, it works for you! But you need to understand that there is no return to a past life if you want to save the result. Having lost weight, you need to control your nutrition, and not rush again to everything that catches your eye. You can eat your favorite sweets, celebrate the holidays with everyone at the festive table, but everything should be limited!

Turn to the menu for the day.

At breakfast I ate 2 boiled eggs, 85 g of cold smoked pink salmon, wrapped in lettuce leaves and thin rye bread (5 g).

It turned out breakfast for 360 kcal.

After breakfast I drank green tea with jasmine.

After breakfast, it was again necessary to solve several working moments, as well as go for ice cream, which I ordered in joint purchases.

Even when I ordered ice cream, I decided that I would take 2 pieces for everyone, and one for myself. I haven't eaten real ice cream for a long time, it's time to pamper myself.

And also a simulator was waiting for me for a 15 minute session. But in the whirlwind of affairs, I was able to approach him only closer to 12 o'clock.

Just work out a little ice cream, which I ate for a snack.

A glass of ice cream (80 g) - 195 kcal.

It seems that ice cream fits perfectly into my daytime KBZHU, but my soul is not calm and demands to work it out.

After having a snack, working out ice cream on the simulator, I went to the computer and came to my senses when my stomach let me know that it was time for lunch.

I try to keep my routine and main meals at a certain time. For 2 years the body got used to the regime and if suddenly the supply of new energy is late, it immediately lets you know.

There remained a little chicken broth with noodles, so we ate it for lunch (300 g) and 60 g of chicken drumstick meat. And also a salad of cucumber and radish, seasoned with 30 g of soft curd.

Lunch turned out to be 340 kcal.

After lunch, I again at the computer and took with me 15 g of bran and green tea - 35 kcal.

I just wanted the bran, the crunch of the balls. Let me remind you that the bran must be washed down with water.

I deliberately left a lot of free calories, since I was planning mackerel for dinner, and it is a fairly high-calorie fish.

Dinner - 200 g of boiled potatoes and 150 g of hot smoked mackerel and that is already 495 kcal.

It's good that our dinner is always early, by the time we go to bed, dinner will no longer remind of itself.

In just a day 1415 kcal.

I must follow the drinking regimen, and this is 30 ml per kilogram of weight.

By the way, I used the second bottle of turpentine elixir for home baths, and there should be three bottles for the course, so I'm only approaching the middle of the course. The results are still not visible on the skin. But even you wrote to me that you should not expect a quick visible result, since collagen production is activated, and this is a long process.
I will remind you that I am undergoing a course of turpentine baths for the skin. And once again to tell that the process is underway, I have not forgotten about them, I accept, and as a result I will tell you everything in detail and summarize whether they were of any use.
