Now about the "little ones".

"I eat much less, in my diet only buckwheat and carrots, etc." So what? Should you be proud of this? Be proud of the fact that you cut back on the diet, do not give the body the substances it needs, bring a bunch of health problems in order to quickly lose weight and tell how hard it is on the leaves salad?

Why is this all? When you can eat in a balanced, tasty way, without depriving yourself of the sensations that delicious food gives. And while not getting fat, but rather losing weight.

And you just need a little, just control your diet and count the calories eaten per day. I understand this now, but before that I was also that "little dog" 😉.

What a desire to measure food, or rather its absence, and reproach those who approach nutrition rationally with the fact that it is normal. I will repeat - it is normal, but not a lot "eats". Since observing a calorie deficit, which is calculated for a specific person, taking into account his parameters, there are many it will work, because you need to eat a little less than the body needs to maintain an active and healthy life organism.

If your choice is to starve out of hunger, to put in a piggy bank sores that will eventually make themselves felt and brag that you practically do not eat - this is your choice.

My choice and the choice of many blog readers is to think first of all about health, so that the body is healthy for him need all the necessary nutrients, eat normally, control nutrition and at the same time lose weight and maintain harmony.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Breakfast today is quite hearty, not because I planned it, but it happened. I have not planned the menu in the counter in advance for a long time, although I did it for a long time. Over time, you begin to understand how much and what you can eat during the day on an intuitive level.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs with 20 g of curd cheese. Chicken thigh and turkey ham (75 g) and sausage cheese (40 g).

After breakfast I drank green tea.

Breakfast - 430 kcal.

For more than a month now I have not taken vitamin and omega-3, it's time to start the course again.

There are different opinions about the need for complex vitamins, and even more so omega-3. But listening to myself, analyzing my health, I understand that vitamins and omega-3s are necessary for me.

In addition, I had experience at the beginning of the journey. Then I did not drink any vitamins, and after several months on the calorie deficit, signs of a lack of certain substances and vitamins began to appear.

After the tests, the deficit was confirmed.

And since then I have been taking vitamin courses and no more problems have arisen.

And I already ordered myself vitamins and omega-3s, Do you take dietary supplements, vitamins?

In the afternoon I had a snack of 190 g of apple - 90 kcal.

In addition, I ordered baked boiled pork for the family. Today it was brought and I could not resist, I also tried a piece for 40 g. A piece of boiled pork came out on 125 kcal. How delicious it is, after all.

In general, judging by the packaging, it is quite acceptable KBZHU from her, why not indulge sometimes?

When I went out for my order, I dressed up warmer. What is it! It's late May and it's so cold outside. Even the sun does not save! What a terrible year, it's not for nothing that it's a leap year. But it has just begun! What else lies ahead of us?

And knows what I bought today? You would never guess! Sorrel! When I saw him in our store, I immediately grabbed it and already imagined how I would cook sorrel soup with chicken meatballsд.

For lunch, I had boiled potatoes (130 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and ate smoked mackerel (100 g). Plus 100 g of tomatoes. I wanted to write cherry, but it's not cherry, these are small tomatoes on a branch, but I don't know what they are called. Do they have some name for identification?)

By the way, a very interesting combination of boiled potatoes, curd cheese and herbs, try it on occasion.

It turned out lunch for 435 kcal.

Why am I so doubtful about cherry tomatoes and what to call them?

I opened the Zen feed, I was going to write an article for you. And the video caught my eye. I don't know why, I stuck at him and looked. They showed how tapaka chicken is prepared. I look, there are a lot of comments on the video, I think let me see how people live in general, what is happening with others in the comments to the video (my video comments practically do not have ‍🤔). And there in the comments just hell is going on. And the chicken is blue, but the name of the dish is not correct, and the tomatoes are not cherry at all, and why did they wear gloves when cooking, and why they touch different products with the same gloves, and so on. I'm honestly shocked. What about people?

For dinner there was - buckwheat with chicken breast and vegetables (250 g) and tomatoes, the same as for lunch, which are not cherry 😂 (100 g) - 380 kcal.

In total, 1460 kcal were obtained in a day.

We drink water, do not forget about it. You need to drink water at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kg of weight.

And I want to amuse you a little with new pearls to the topic of little ones.

Does a person really think that they eat 1,000 kcal, wind up kilometers and get better? Well, maybe a little Thumbelina, yes, she's getting better Now imagine an inch with a weight of 93 kg - this does not happen. No one has ever recovered from a calorie deficit. Or a very serious hormonal disease.

Why write that? From nothing to do? And how exactly is it calculated how much she would weigh if she ate like me. I will not tell you that everyone has their own calorie rate and deficit, but clearly not 1000 kcal with a weight of 93 kg. Maybe it's still better really learn to count calories and the result will be?

I was not even lazy and calculated the norm for a person with a height of 150 cm (even less than our case), weighing 93 kg, took 40 years and a sedentary lifestyle. 1400 kcal is a deficit, and quite such a good deficit.
