How to cook
First, prepare the meat. I usually use pork for this dish. But, if desired, can be replaced with beef or lamb. I cut into these pieces:
There will be seven of us, so today I have 7 pieces of meat. Sprinkle the meat with spices (here to taste). I have black pepper, nutmeg and ground coriander. I moisten my hand with vegetable oil and distribute the spices (how I do this can be clearly seen in the video). The meat is NOT SALT! I fold it up and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (or better at night).

First, I fry the meat in a little vegetable oil. And now I'm salt. You do not need to fry strongly. About 3-4 minutes on each side (of course, you can fry 2-3 pieces at once).
Then I spread the meat and vegetables in layers. To the bottom, half of the onion cut into half rings, then 3-4 pieces of meat, onion again, the rest of the meat.
A little black pepper and carrots. Then champignons. If large, cut in half. And sweet peppers (not too finely chopped).
I put potatoes on top. I just peel it. If large, it can also be cut in half. But I like it when the potatoes are whole. Some more black pepper, oregano and bay leaf.
We like it when there is a lot of liquid, so I add about another glass of water (I dissolved a little salt in it). But you don't need to add water! All! I cover with a lid and the dish will languish for about 1.5 hours. I don't open the lid at this time.

• Pork - 1.3 kg
• Potatoes 1.3-1.5 kg
• Sweet pepper - 3-4 pcs.
• Carrots - 2 pcs.
