And here is to lose weight! Firstly, observing a calorie deficit and balance of BJU, even with ordinary pies for dinner, you will lose weight.

And if you cook chicken pie, the recipe for which I’ll tell you now, and eat it for dinner, you will definitely not be overweight😉.

While the oven was doing its job, the aroma was indescribable. I barely waited until the cake was ready!

So let's cook!

✅You will need the following products:

  • minced chicken breast (350 g chicken breast and 50 g onions),
  • Chinese cabbage, small cabbage (or white cabbage) - 460 g,
  • champignons (I have frozen) - 400 g,
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs,
  • milk 2.5% - 80-90 g,
  • low-fat semi-hard cheese or suluguni - 50 g
  • salt, black pepper, paprika, dry garlic.

✅Cooking.

Turn the chicken breast fillet and a small onion into the minced meat.

Layer minced meat, pepper, add paprika and generously dry garlic. Mix well.

Chop Peking cabbage finely and send to stew in a saucepan. We do not add oil.

We stewed the cabbage a little, just a couple of minutes, and send the mushrooms to it (I have frozen ones).

Salt and pepper a little, sprinkle with paprika and dry garlic.

If you have fresh champignons, then the cabbage should be stewed longer.

Simmer cabbage with mushrooms, evaporating excess moisture. You can even drain the resulting juice and simmer further. Simmer until almost cooked.

We take a baking dish (I have a silicone one - 18 cm) and put the minced meat in it, distributing it and forming the sides. Do not make the sides and bottom too thin.

Put the stewed cabbage with mushrooms in a mold.

Preparing the fill. Mix milk and eggs, add a little salt.

Fill the filling with a fork helping to flow deeper.

We send to the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

After 25 minutes, sprinkle the cake with cheese and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

A fragrant, delicious cake is ready! You can experiment with fillings!

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 95, B - 12.7, F - 3.55, U - 3.15.

The weight of the finished dish is 1160g.
