If you do not want to starve and stuff buckwheat or cabbage into yourself for weeks, then you should spend 15 minutes in a day to calculate the calorie content of your diet and get a result that you never dreamed of.

Today I want to remind and at the same time update the recipe for the cottage cheese-apple roll, which many of you have already come to love.
Somehow I forgot this roll or, in the middle of new dishes, I just stopped preparing it and reminding you of this tasty treat, but this is a very easy to prepare and very tasty dessert!
The other day I decided to experiment with the filling and this is what I got.
✅Ingredients I have used:
- a pack of cottage cheese 5% - 180 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- lavash sheet - 100 g,
- 3-4 small apples - 260 g (neat weight),
- 1 pear - 120 g (pure weight),
- sweetener 5 sachets (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- a pinch of cinnamon
- optional vanillin.
✅Cooking.
Let's start by cutting the apples into small cubes and the larger pear.
My pear is soft, ripe - I put it aside.
But apples should be stewed in water with the addition of cinnamon until soft. Unless, of course, you do not like raw apples in baked goods.
Beat the cottage cheese in a blender with an egg (part of the yolk should be set aside to grease the roll) and sweetener. Vanillin can be added if desired.
We mix the stewed apples, pear and curd mass - the filling is ready.
We lay out a sheet of pita bread, lay out the filling on it and roll up the roll.
Lubricate the roll with a part of the yolk that we set aside in advance.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
The roll is ready! We cut and enjoy the tea!

The weight of the finished dish is 650 g.
