Now I know for sure - in order to lose weight once and for all, in order to maintain the achieved result, first of all you need not close your mouth, but put your head in place and throw out of it all the stamps imposed on the ever-losing weight.

And you don't have to start with a diet. You need to start from the head again. To understand why you need to lose weight and set yourself up not on a fast diet, on which they promise to lose 10 kg per week.

We must tune in to changes in lifestyle, eating habits.

My breakfast today is disgustingly simple.

Two boiled eggs and sandwiches on whole grain rye bread (40 g) with 20 g of curd cheese and 30 g of carp caviar.

I drink green tea at breakfast.

And I also take a mug of tea and a bottle of water with me to my computer, so as not to be distracted from work - and tea and water are at hand.

Today, immediately after breakfast, I sat down to work. It was necessary to have time before 12 o'clock to redo all urgent matters.

I had a snack at 11 o'clock with a chocolate-curd dessert with apricots. Dessert weight 265 g - 255 kcal.

And at 12 o'clock in the afternoon I had an appointment with the hairdresser. I grew, grew my hair and yet decided that it was time to update my haircut and trim it slightly.

And the last time I was at my hairdresser before all these "sitting at home." I just shredded my own bangsπŸ˜‚.

How nice it was to hear from the hairdresser that I lost weight. Although since the last time she saw me, the weight has gone a little. Maybe 2-3 kilograms (I no longer keep statistics by months, I am lazy). But my hairdresser claims that I seem to have lost at least 6 kg.

Of course, I didn't tell her how much I lost everythingπŸ˜‚.

This is one more proof that you shouldn't focus only on weight. The weight can stand and even increase. But the volumes will go away.

And for the evening I wanted to cook homemade shawarma.

I wore shawarma for everyone, made myself a low-calorie sauce on curd, to which I added garlic and tomato paste. And I put the rest in the same way: lavash (70 g), grilled chicken breast (120 g), tomato (80 g), pickled cucumber (60 g).

Dinner went out on 400 kcal.
