In the meantime, my chili peppers are ripening, arugula is growing in full, I have already renewed the dill 3 times and sowed more arugula in place of the basil. I still can't find a sort of basil that will grow well on the balcony in a pot.

Someone has asked for a long time if I cook quick muffins in the microwave. I was not fond of somehow cooking in the microwave, but then I remembered that you asked for something quick for tea.

And now I am experimenting. Honestly, I first looked on the Internet who cooks how. There are many recipes - from tricky with a bunch of ingredients to fairly simple.

I decided to take a chance and made the preparation completely simple: banana, egg, cocoa and baking powder were all I used. And a little garnished with peanuts and date syrup, but this is only for beauty purposes.

I tried my creation for percussion. And you know, I liked it. Even considering that I do not have a powerful microwave (I would say the weakest one) - it turned out to be an excellent cupcake!

Snack - chocolate muffin and green tea - 270 kcal (calorie content including nuts and syrup).

Today I also cooked pancakes with eggplant and cheese according to the subscriber's recipe, which I will definitely share with you. A very interesting taste is obtained! And with the sauce it's just a bomb!

So I got close to dinner. For lunch, I have 350 g of chicken broth, about 50 g of drumstick and 50 g of boiled noodles TSP.

And also 130 g potato pancakes with a sauce of 20 g sour cream with herbs.

Lunch at 405 kcal.

But after lunch, my "rest" ended and taking with me a cup of green tea and water, I went to the computer.

For dinner, I was going to come up with something from boiled bulgur and chicken breast, fried on an electric grill, which was left the other day after cooking shawarma.

As a result, I got a tasty treat, so I'm not afraid of it and I will say that it even looks like risottoπŸ‘†.

I just took 130 g of finely chopped chicken breast, 130 g of bulgur, 100 ml of 10% cream, dry basil and garlic and heated it all together in a pan, stewing it a little. Well, very tasty!

And I added 100 g of tomato for freshness.

Dinner for 350 kcal.

The diet for the day was 1400 kcal.

B - 110, F - 56, U - 100.
