Good day and delicious weight loss!

It was calorie counting that helped me get rid of the excess weight that I gained in a series of diets. Yes, oddly enough, getting carried away with diets in order to lose weight, as a result, I gained even more.

Not everyone can tolerate a strict diet and therefore breaks down and pounces on food that they miss. (let's admit that by and large, delicious food is one of the most accessible to humans pleasure).

And if we went on a diet and lost weight, then what do we do? We return to our normal diet and again slowly gain weight. And this is a vicious circle from which you need to break out.

While there is a slow weight loss on counting calories, the body gets used to new conditions for it, rebuilds and it will be easier to maintain weight further. The way of life that we lead on about PP and counting calories - imperceptibly for ourselves becomes permanent and the vicious circle breaks!

Since a calorie deficit is still stressful for the body (prolonged supply of energy in a smaller volume than necessary), it is recommended to carry out cheat mil or even load days.

There are a lot of advantages from such a download, but the most important advantages are:

  • psychological relaxation,
  • the buildup of the body so that it does not get used to a certain calorie deficit and does not adjust to it.

And today I have just such a day. And unexpectedly. Yesterday afternoon I didnโ€™t think that we would go urgently to Moscow on Saturday. But it so happened that I had to change plans and build new ones.

In the morning I had breakfast with sandwiches on Darnitsky bread (55 g) with chicken ham (150 g) and drank green tea. It turned out 360 kcal.

As always on loading days, I habitually add breakfast to the calorie counter.

Immediately after breakfast, we went to Moscow. I have already said that I am placing an implant, the process turned out to be long. And now everything is coming to an end, I am waiting for the crown to be made and then my gums become very inflamed. Of course I was scared, rather call me - they told me to come urgently.

Everything turned out well and, most likely, I just diligently brushed my teeth with an electric brush and injured me. Overdid it.

And since we got out of our "ghetto" ๐Ÿคฃ - we need to take a walk and somewhere to eat deliciously. I donโ€™t remember the last time we allowed ourselves to go to a cafe.

This time we went to the Botanical Garden, it was more convenient for us and it is located closer to our favorite cafe of Georgian cuisine.

I was lucky today with the weather - it was warm and even the sun sometimes peeped out, although in the morning I still took my jacket with me. Apparently, the less fat, the more you freeze๐Ÿคฃ.

After walking a little - we reached a cafe, where we had lunch.

I pampered myself with chkmeruli - chicken in a creamy sauce with garlic and cheese. Very tasty and I suspect that it is high in calories. But there is already an idea how to cook this delicious dish around PP๐Ÿ˜‰

And I also tried phali for the first time! Here is what is on the plate on the collage below, multi-colored. And I tell you, I will not experiment to cook them less high in calories. Some of them are delicious, some can be eaten, but all of this is not mine. I would not order the second time. Although I know that there are direct fans of phali.

And you know, I don't even want to think about how many calories all this food contains, and I will also add a treat for dinner.

And tomorrow I will again adhere to my daily deficit.

At first, when I started my way of losing weight, I was afraid to arrange such days for myself. Which I am very sorry about. It would be much easier to psychologically cope with "bouts of wanting" something tasty when you know that at the end of the week you will treat yourself to the most desired dish. And it seems to me that I could have avoided a couple of plateaus if I more often rocked my body like this, surprising it.

We returned home early today, we just wanted to be at home, because we planned to spend Sunday outdoors.

I was lucky the other day to grab a piece of real hard Dutch cheese of two years old, well, very tasty. I don't even remember the last time I ate this kind of cheese. 10 years ago, I think.

And we have some delicious cheese and cherries for dinner tonight. A strange combination? It was delicious.

This is how my boot day went, which I hadn't even planned.

And even today my husband caught me! No, not in infidelity! And the fact that I do not know how to count! I still think that I have minus 61 kg, so happy, joyful. Everything is fine with me, there is only a little left to remove.

But it turns out that I had minus 62 kg for a long time! And yesterday, the control weighing showed that it had already become minus 63!!!
