Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Not so long ago, my subscribers and I compiled a list of bonuses that we received by losing weight on a calorie deficit:

Weight loss bonuses and about PP:

✔ goodbye heartburn, shortness of breath, increased sweating, headache,

✔ relief from rapid heartbeat and frequent increase in pressure, from heaviness in the chest, edema,

✔ getting rid of food addiction,

✔ increased endurance, fly!

✔ goodbye pain in the back and lower back, joints, legs,

✔ improvement of skin condition,

✔ getting rid of hoodies - hello beautiful clothes that you like, and not just fit,

✔ increasing self-esteem and getting rid of embarrassment,

✔ you can wash the floors with your hands bent over and do yourself a pedicure - nothing gets in the way 😉.

Found something on the list that you want to get rid of? Then, no doubt, take 15 minutes a day to use the calorie counter and plan your diet within your calorie deficit.

And I will tell and show my menu for the day, which may serve as an example for you.

Breakfast, as always early - scrambled eggs with cheese and chicken ham.

Prepared scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, frying them on one side (no oil). Then she turned it over, put chicken ham (70 g) and processed cheese in slices (40 g) on half of the eggs. I covered it with the second half of scrambled eggs and held it in a frying pan until the cheese melted.

It turned out breakfast for 415 kcal.

After the break, I started drinking a course of complex vitamins and omega-3s again.

Today was a busy day for me, although I spent it at home.

When I take a break on weekends, I have to work a lot during the first working days. Moreover, a bunch of household chores is piled up.

It's good that I now have a Zhorik (robot vacuum cleaner) that cleans up and chases the cat away 😂 while I eat breakfast. I don’t know how anyone, but I really like that dust, wool and other debris are collected without my participation. Key phrase - without my participation😉.

After breakfast for work, 3 hours worked fruitfully. And then she ran to the store. In the store I was tempted by a plum, which I had for a snack.

Snack 250 g plum - 125 kcal.

And green tea, which is always by my side when I work at the computer.

Closer to dinner, I went to the kitchen to cook pea soup for a few days. I cooked the soup on a skinless chicken drumstick.

A plate of soup for lunch (400 g) - 255 kcal.

Weighed 50 g of dried mango after lunch - 155 kcal. Mango was eaten all day with tea.

I did a little work, as they say, to settle down for lunch. And then I went to wash the smokehouse, in which we had accumulated meat and fish in nature yesterday - today it is my turn to tinker with it. And I spent an hour and a half - that still physical activity😂

I didn’t have time to finish cleaning, after I had washed the smokehouse, when we had to cook dinner, and there was still work to do for today. So you have to cook until late at night at the computer😉.

For dinner I cooked buckwheat and stewed chicken breast with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It turned out very tasty and again it will last for a few days, like the pea soup. Moreover, she baked curd baskets with blueberries, which I collected a little yesterday, while we were in nature.

So you don't need to cook anything for a couple of days, only if you want something like that.

Dinner - 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of chicken breast, stewed with mushrooms - 350 kcal.

We have an early dinner at 17 o'clock, as I have said more than once, and therefore I leave myself free calories for the evening.

Tonight I decided to indulge myself with a curd basket with blueberries. 1 basket 90 g - 130 kcal.

My last meal is 3 hours before bedtime.

I'll tell you briefly how I prepared the baskets this time.

I took a pack of 9% cottage cheese (180 g), mixed 1 egg, 90 g of rice whole grain flour, a packet of vanillin and 4 sachets of sweetener with the protein. I kneaded the dough and formed baskets in a muffin mold.
For the filling, I mixed the yolk of 1 egg with a jar of soft cottage cheese (125 g), 2 sachets of sweetener and 50 g of blueberries. I put the filling in dough baskets.
Baked for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The walls of the baskets turned out to be thin, and the filling is tender, tender and there is a lot of it!)
KBZHU: K - 145, B - 9.7, F - 5, U - 14.5.

As a result, in a day it turned out 1405 kcal. The norm of water has been drunk (30 ml per 1 kg of weight).

They often write to me (and not one or two people, but a lot) that they also want to lose weight, but do not understand how to organize. How to organize grocery shopping, how and when to cook. And I find it very strange to read this. Don't you buy groceries all the time? Don't you cook?

What will change from the fact that you have to buy instead of mayonnaise - soft cottage cheese or yogurt, for example? Instead of sausage - chicken breast to cook pastrom or ham? Instead of sweets - fruits, dried fruits?

You can always cook something for a few days. In addition, most of the dishes, for example, are eaten by the whole family and there is no need to cook anything separately.

Tell us how you organized your life, switching to calorie counting, has much changed in your way of life?
