On my channel, I share not only recipes for cooking low-calorie meals that will help you lose weight, but also my diet for the day.

After a brief background on the calorie deficit, I hope there are no questions about how you can lose weight if there are no baked goods. You can easily lose weight!

When you have a delicious and hearty breakfast - lazy khachapuri with cheese, which is cooked in 10 minutes in a frying pan - you are provided with an energy boost before lunch!

✅To make lazy khachapuri, I needed the following products:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 80 g (I usually have loose cottage cheese),
  • egg,
  • 20 g whole grain rice flour
  • 40 suluguni cheese,
  • 10 g greens (dill, parsley),
  • a pinch of salt and baking powder, a drop of vegetable oil.

✅Cooking.

Everything is prepared very quickly, in just 10 minutes a delicious and hearty breakfast is ready!

I used a blender. I mixed cottage cheese, egg, flour, finely chopped herbs, salt and baking powder.

Thanks to the blender, an excellent dough consistency is obtained, without lumps.

Grated suluguni cheese on a coarse grater.

I dripped oil into a non-stick pan and spread the oil over the pan with a brush.

Then we spread half of the dough into the pan and distribute it in a layer of no more than 2 cm into the cake.

Put suluguni cheese on top of the dough.

Put the remaining dough on the cheese, spreading it with a spoon and covering the cheese.

Fry over medium heat, covered on both sides, until tender. About 5-7 minutes.

Insanely delicious and very lazy khachapuri with cheese filling is ready!
