In my opinion, calorie counting is one of the best weight loss methods. It was he who helped me get rid of excess weight, after many years of torment on diets. You can eat almost anything, but keep within your daily calorie intake and monitor the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (which is important for our health, well-being in general).

And in order to meet the daily calorie intake, you just need to adapt your favorite dishes a little and cook them with less calories. At least excluding liters of oil when frying food will already be of great benefit.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for making chicken breast with mushrooms. The meat just melts in the mouth, and the mushrooms give the dish such a flavor that it is impossible to resist

✅For cooking, I needed the following products (for 5-6 servings):

  • chicken breast fillet (600 g),
  • 1 large onion (145 g),
  • mushrooms - I have frozen champignons (430 g),
  • suluguni cheese (100 g),
  • milk 2.5% (150 ml).
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic, favorite dry herbs (I have "Caucasian herbs").

✅Cooking.

Finely chop the onion and fry and simmer it in a non-stick frying pan. Sometimes add water to prevent it from burning.

When the onion becomes transparent, add the chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

Add all the spices at once: salt, black pepper, dry garlic, favorite dry herbs.

Fry the chicken fillet for 5 minutes and add the mushrooms to it.

I have frozen ones, stewed until most of the liquid has evaporated (sometimes I carefully drain off part of the liquid). About 7-10 minutes over medium heat.

Next, add milk and suluguni grated on a coarse grater to the saucepan.

We reduce the fire so that the milk does not boil.

Stir until cheese is melted.

Simmer over low heat until the cheese melts. This is another 5-7 minutes.

That's all! enjoy your meal!

Can be served with any side dish. Sauce goes well with buckwheat and bulgur.
