Good day everyone, good mood and, of course, delicious weight loss!

All my adult life, I tormented myself with hungry diets, with which I have not achieved a result. Rather, the result was sometimes quite decent, but for a while. And what labor and pain did this result cost me. I think everyone went through this, who tried to lose weight.

I will not open America to you now, but I know for sure that not everyone has heard, much less tried to lose weight by counting calories.

I myself recently decided to try calorie counting. A couple of years ago, when it was already necessary to urgently do something with the weight that was undermining my health, I studied a lot of information on the topic of losing weight, deciding to give up all kinds of diets.

And now a little over 2 years on calorie counting and I'm happy. I not only got rid of 63 extra pounds, but also from many sores accompanying excess weight.

This is the only weight loss in my life that gave such a result, and even without hunger and constant breakdowns. I am delicious, comfortable and the results are pleasing.

If you are desperate to lose weight, you should definitely try calorie counting. To spend 15 minutes a day for the sake of your health and beauty is not much, you must agree.

And I'll tell you about my day on calorie counting and show my menu.

Breakfast today consisted of two boiled eggs, Darnitsa bread (35 g) with curd cheese (15 g) and 45 g of cold smoked pink salmon.

After breakfast with tea, I took 1 piece of fruit candy (20 g) - 50 kcal.

Everything turned out for breakfast 420 kcal.

After breakfast, immediately go to work, which is not so much for today. On the one hand, when there is little work, it’s good (or rather, it would be nice if I worked in the office from 9 to 18, as before). In the office, there is little work, time passes, money drips. And when you work for yourself, everything is completely different.

By the way, I heard that those who worked remotely in recent months were divided into two camps. Some want to continue to work remotely, while others do not want to stay at home.

Recently I have been wanting something nasty - smoked meat, boiled pork. I decided that while I have the opportunity to order fairly good meat products from us in joint purchases, I will try something and order for myself. My choice fell on poultry pork, which has a rather attractive KBZHU, judging by the manufacturer's data.

Taking the boiled pork, I, of course, tried it first - 50 g - 90 kcal.

Yesterday I dreamed of pasta in a creamy sauce, with the same boiled pork. But since the boiled poultry was brought only today, I also have a belly feast today.

A very tasty and satisfying dish is prepared simply and quickly:

Cut 120 g of poultry pork into small cubes (you can take any ham you eat, chicken pastroma, or even a baked breast that you no longer feel like eating).
Fry the meat in a skillet without oil, add garlic, dry basil, pepper to taste. Boil the pasta separately until half cooked.
Drain the pasta and add it to the meat pan. Pour milk there and add some of the cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes so that the sauce is absorbed into the pasta.
When serving, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and herbs. Just a bomb!
I used 120 g of poultry pork, 40 g of pasta (dry weight), 20 g of suluguni, 70 g of milk 2.5%, a clove of garlic, dry basil.

Lunch went out on 395 kcal.

For dinner, chicken breast fried without butter and then stewed in milk with a little cheese (150 g) and tomato (150 g) with herbs, seasoned with olive oil (5 g).

Dinner for 375 kcal.

In total, 1405 kcal were obtained in a day. The norm of water is drunk. B120, Zh57, U92.
