Pickle onions for salad.
1 onion cut into cubes.
Chopped onion put in a bowl and pour thereto for 1 hour. l. sugar, 0.5 hours. l. salt. Pour 2 tbsp. l. vinegar. I used the apple, but you can, and table 9%.
Then all fill with boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar and salt. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes, and can be longer.
Prepare chicken salad.
One chicken breast, weighing 300 g, and my obsushivayut paper towels. Meat season with salt on all sides and sprinkle with curry seasoning.
Put on a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until nice golden brown.

Nuts shred knife.
Marinated mushrooms cut into quarters.
Finely shred small bunch of dill.
We add up all the ingredients in a bowl - meat, canned beans, fennel, pickled onions, nuts.
Served with 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix well.
Salad is ready to serve.

walnuts - 50 g
red onion - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
curry (seasoning) - 1 hour. l.
dill - 1 bunch
salt - to taste
Marinade for archery:
boiling water - 1/2 Art.
Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l.
sugar - 1 hour. l.
