Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I am sharing a salad recipe with zucchini and mushrooms. It turns out a very tasty salad, you will not regret cooking it. The highlight is that the mushrooms are pre-pickled and then fried. The taste is awesome and the smell and aroma. You can cook it for dinner, I cooked it for a festive dinner, the guests appreciated it perfectly.

Recipe:

Zucchini -300gr.

Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch

Cherry tomatoes -4-5pcs

Baguette -2-3 slices.

Champignons -150g

Soy sauce -1 tsp

Garlic -3-4 teeth

Lemon juice -1 tbsp

black pepper - to taste

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare everything. Cut the champignons into slices of about 150 grams. 4 or 6 pieces. Depending on the size of the mushrooms. Put in a bowl, add 3-4 cloves of garlic, pour in 1 tsp. soy sauce, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice.

Stir and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate, you can add black pepper.

We take zucchini, I have a zucchini variety, so it's green. Cut about 300 grams into circles 2-3 mm thick, then into 4 or 2 pieces. We take a large frying pan, optionally, you can grill the usual one, I take the grill, because you can immediately fry all the zucchini in it. Fry on both sides until golden brown. You do not need to salt the zucchini so as not to give the juice.

We remove the zucchini and fry the prepared mushrooms in this oil. Fry until light golden. We shoot.

Cut 3-4 cherry tomatoes into slices.

Cut the baguette into cubes 3-4 slices, add a little oil and fry until light golden.

Now we collect the salad. We take lettuce leaves, you can mix, or whatever. Then put a layer of zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and a baguette. Salad ready. Before serving, add salt to the salad, pour with oil and stir. It turns out very tasty. Recommend.
