Many times you tried to lose weight, but in the end the weight returned, food habits did not change, and you fell into a vicious circle? Do not rush to think that everything is useless and nothing can be changed!
I myself have gone through many diets - my whole life consisted of diets and weight jumps up and down. Having lost weight on tight restrictions, I was happy to return to my normal diet and immediately gained extra pounds again.
But everything changed in my life when I learned about weight loss by counting calories and about the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which the body simply needs for healthy functioning.
By counting calories and eating around the PP, without fanaticism and without exception, everyone who was called harmful by someone, products - I changed my eating behavior, habits and now I know for sure that I can keep the achieved result.

I'll move on to tell you about my menu for the day.
My breakfast is gorgeous today, in my opinion - it's a casserole with cherries (150 g) - 390 kcal.
And tasty and satisfying - what else do you need for breakfast to actively break into a new day?
I drank tea and don't forget about vitamins.
For a snack I just wanted chicken ham (115 g), without bread or loaves. I donβt know why. I added 60 g of tomatoes to the ham.
Brewed tea with sea buckthorn and orange. A spoonful of honey (16 g) was added to the tea in portions.
In total, the snack turned out to be 250 kcal.
How I like this tea. With fragrant honey, it's just bliss. I drank a teapot of tea a day while working at the computer, but I was already adding honey.
For now I use frozen sea buckthorn for tea, but soon the fresh one will ripen, I will have to collect it.
For lunch I had a potato soup with chicken meatballs - very low in calories (27 kcal per 100 g).
I ate 450 g of soup, and so that after an hour and a half I would not want to eat again - I added a rye loaf with 10 g of butter and 40 g of fish paste.
Lunch brought me 340 kcal.
I put the oils on purpose, because I saw that today my fats are not getting well.
Let me remind you once again that fats are very important for our health:
For dinner, 150 g buckwheat and chicken breast stewed in onion sauce and tomatoes in their own juice (200 g, a lot of sauce).
Dinner for 350 kcal.
In addition, I ate 1 fruit candy with tea during the day - 50 kcal.
In total, 1380 kcal were obtained in a day. B102, Zh55, U127.
Water, exercise and physical activity according to strength and state of health, skin care are the main points necessary in addition to a calorie deficit.

I read it and burst into tears, I felt so sorry for myself. Poor, I'm an unhappy lonely woman, "devouring" disgusting cutlets with cottage cheese. How to live now? Finally, someone opened my eyes to what is really happening in my life.
