The question of motivation for losing weight often arises.

In fact, motivation is either there or not.

But even if you have motivation and want to lose weight, it may turn out that your motivation will not be enough to overcome the difficulties that will stand in the way of being slim. And most importantly, not enough to overcome yourself: your habits, your weaknesses, your laziness.

Every time when your strength is running out, make a list of those advantages that you will get by losing weight, and this can be improved health (which is very important); active lifestyle; style changes and the choice of clothes that you like, and not just fit in size; self-confidence; attention of the opposite sex. And there are many, many more positive aspects that each of us may have our own.

And think about what you will come to if you leave everything as it is and continue to slowly gain excess weight.

The choice is yours. And counting calories and their deficit is one of the best helpers in a comfortable, tasty and satisfying weight loss.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs (I wanted something for eggs), 150 g of chicken ham (here I got excited, 120 g would be enough) and 80 g of tomatoes.

Breakfast for 445 kcal.

Slowly finished the ham with tea, working at the computer.

For a snack I ate a watermelon (390 g) and 1 fruit marshmallow with tea.

It turned out to be a snack for 150 kcal.

Again I drank tea with marshmallow with a short break after the watermelon, at work.

For some reason, I always feel hungry when I work at the computer. And it has always been.
Habit? Earlier, when I worked in an office and didn’t keep track of calories, it was cookies for tea, chocolates, sweets.
So I gorged on excess weight. Then you will suddenly come to your senses and go on a diet. And not on one, but on two at once, you won't get enough of one😂. Just kidding.
I remember one of my last office diets. I ate oatmeal porridge in the morning (it’s useful, everyone said, oatmeal should be eaten, but I don’t gorge on it at all - enough satiety for an hour and a half), drank tea and went to work. I dined with a bottle of drinking yogurt and maybe another apple. Vegetable salad in the evening. Consequences: an angry, always unhappy, hungry aunt who rushes at everyone. And considering my work with people in those days - can you imagine how I "loved" people at that time? 😂
I lost weight, of course, a little. Then she gave up the whole thing and again the usual food, tea with cookies and all the same vicious circle.
Now I understand that without constant control of nutrition, the weight cannot be kept. You cannot lose weight and return to buns, fatty, high-calorie foods and think that you will keep the result. No, you won't.
I had everything ready for lunch, I just had to warm it up.

Something I got distracted, went into memories.

I have lunch - 140 g of boiled buckwheat, 100 g of chicken breast cooked based on chkmeruli and 100 g of tomato.

Lunch at 315 kcal

Yesterday I thought that I would have more chicken for today, but everyone liked the chicken so much that I only have 100g for lunch обед

Closer to evening, I freed myself from work, and I had a lot of plans for the evening in terms of cooking, so that there would be enough not only for dinner. Yes, and I wanted to please my friends with a cottage cheese cake, by the way, the cake is insanely tasty. I once shared the recipe here for a long time, many appreciated it. But the cake is not at all PPSh and high-calorie! I'll leave you a link to it in a reminder, suddenly you want to please your friends.

I also did not offend myself with baking - I made a curd-cherry pie with lavash. Like achma, but sweet and with berries. In my opinion - a great option - tasty, quick and simple - I really liked it. Would be a great breakfast for a change.

In addition, I fry all the cod in a little oil (lightly greased the pan).

Dinner - 200 g of fried cod, 15 g of whole grain bread and 50 g of cucumber.

Dinner for 295 kcal.

I put 35g of bread for myself (the photo shows that there is a lot of bread), but in the end I only mastered 15g.

And I ate my curd-cherry pie with tea 3 hours before bedtime (150 g) - 235 kcal.

The result of the day is 1440 kcal. B124, Zh55, U113.

I drank my water intake. I adjusted the drinking regime after the vacation and somehow it immediately became easier. And the face became thinner😂, and the legs became slimmer😉.

Still, water is our assistant.
