On my channel, I share not only the experience of losing weight by counting calories, but also the everyday menu and recipes of dishes that are included in my diet.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a jellied meat pie.

I cooked turkey thighs with fillet - the calorie content turned out to be average, and if you use the breast, there will be a very low-calorie pie.

I had breakfast with such a pie for two days - and it was delicious and satisfying.

✅ To make turkey jellied pie, I needed the following products:

  • I have 230 g of turkey thigh fillet (you can take chicken breast - the calorie content will be much lower).
  • onions - 1 piece per 75 g,
  • 1 chicken egg.
  • 100 g of kefir 2.5%,
  • 50 g oat flour and 30 g corn flour.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
  • salt, black pepper, optional - juniper seasoning, dry garlic.

✅Cooking.

Finely chop the onion and send it to fry in a pan.

I use non-stick pans, fry without oil, so that it does not burn, I sometimes add water.

We also cut the turkey thigh fillet into small pieces.

To further reduce the calorie and fat content of the pie, use chicken or turkey breast.

The onion has become transparent - add the turkey to it and bring it to a half-cooked state, evaporating excess moisture.

Do not forget to add spices: salt, black pepper are the main spices. If you wish, you can add your favorite spices - today I have dry garlic and juniper seasoning.

We remove from the fire.

Cooking the dough. Mix the kefir with the egg, add a little salt, flour with baking powder and mix well.

It is better not to replace oatmeal with anything (or to grind the flakes).

We take a baking dish (I have a silicone 20 x 10 cm).

Pour a little dough on the bottom of the mold.

Mix the remaining dough with the turkey and send it to the mold.

We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Focus on baking time on your oven.

Everything is ready!
