So comfortable, tasty and satisfying as on counting calories, I have never lost weight. And I have a huge experience of fighting overweight - almost my entire conscious life. Diet, after diet, even weekly hunger strikes - everything went into action to get rid of excess weight.

But having received the result, I returned to my normal diet and gained excess weight again.

Nutrition control must be constant in order to maintain the result! This is the main thing that must be understood and accepted if we do not want to spend our whole life fighting with ourselves.

I want to draw your attention once again to how to calculate your calorie intake.

You need to calculate your rate using the formula (I use the Harris Benedict formula). Exactly the norm. There are many online counters on the Internet according to the specified formula.

And only then, from the resulting norm, subtract only 15%.

We get a deficit that is easy to maintain, on which we will not starve, and into which our favorite sweets will fit.

Many people use the calculation of KBZhU in applications - a calorie counter. However, we do not know by what formula the developer entered the data into the counter (and whether by the formula at all), what deficit is applied. But that's half the trouble.

There are those who are guided by the results of the counter, while choosing fast weight loss and also taking away the same 15%, getting too low calorie intake.

A low calorie intake can lead to hunger, breakdowns at the beginning of the journey. And if you underestimate the calorie intake for a long time, health problems may arise.

Everything must be approached rationally, including losing weight, because this is our health, which we have one!

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Breakfast - lazy khachapuri. Prepare fast enough, high in protein, filling and delicious.

Khachapuri - 360 kcal. Green tea and vitamins at breakfast and I'm ready for a new day.

After such a breakfast, I want to fly and do a lot of things. Which is what I did. But I don't want to work at all, since the work is not urgent yet.

For a snack today I have two rye bread (25 g) with butter (8 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (65 g). And green tea with bread.

Snack on 290 kcal.

Recently I bought chum salmon and salted it. It turned out straight here salted, as I like. The recipe for salting fish, which I have been using for many years, will be left at the end of the article.

In the afternoon I even managed to go to the market for vegetables. There were not a single cucumber and tomato in the house. Recently, I didn't really want vegetables, we took a break.

I bought Baku cherry - so tasty and sweet. These are the tomatoes I want to eat. And I also want to freeze bell peppers, so that sometimes stuffed peppers can be cooked in winter, because to buy bell peppers in winter - you can go broke.

For a long time, mine have been asking for young potatoes with herring.

And today for lunch, boiled potatoes (160 g), salted herring (80 g) and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, herbs - total weight 160 g), seasoned with 1 g of olive oil.

Lunch at 345 kcal.

I am not overjoyed with the oil sprayer - one zilch and a cloud of oil covered the vegetables in the salad.

For information, I want to warn you again by reading the reviews about the sprayers:

  • cold oil from the refrigerator may not spray like a cloud,

only room temperature oil should be used.

  • in most cases the sprayer has 2 modes - jet and cloud. On mine, for example, if you press the spray button closer to you - there will be a jet, press further away from you - there will be a cloud.

There are negative reviews, and as it turns out, they are often associated with the fact that they use the sprayers incorrectly.

A little later than lunch - I ate nectarine - 150 g - 75 kcal.

I had dinner ready in advance - yesterday I prepared a whole pot of stuffed peppers. And now I will plunge into work until evening.

For dinner I ate 300 g of peppers stuffed with minced turkey thighs with rice. Added 30 g sour cream 10%.

Dinner - 340 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal came out in a day. B - 101, F - 59, U - 114.
