No, if you like to eat fresh chicken breast, steamed buckwheat and various herbs, I have no questions. Your choice. But I doubt very much that anyone really likes all this.

I have not yet met a person who would not like to eat tasty and at the same time be slender like a cypress.

Those who have been reading my blog for a long time and have themselves experienced all the delights of calorie counting, probably, like me, are faced with the fact that a lot of people perceive weight loss as strict food restrictions.

If they see the result that you have achieved, it immediately comes to the fact that you have lost weight by starving, suffering, or even inventing a reduction in the stomach. First question: You probably don't eat anything !?

And most do not believe that there is a lot of food in my diet, tasty and varied.

So people leave with their belief that you can lose weight either by starving or by having surgery on the stomach. And not to convince them, even if a living example stands before their eyes and honestly tells how he achieved the result.

And I'll tell you about my menu for today.

It's been a long time since I've had scrambled eggs in my diet. Today I wanted it with chicken ham (70 g) and two eggs. For freshness, I added a little (50 g) cherry.

Breakfast turned out to be 330 kcal.

Today, according to my feelings, I get a light day. I even assume that I will not sit at the computer all day, working.

Lately, I feel that it's time to slow down, otherwise I won't be enough for a long time. Only recently, in August, I had a mini vacation for two weeks, but apparently due to the fact that I had to work a little on vacation - it feels like they squeeze me like a lemon.

Still, changing places on vacation means a lot. Although we tried to diversify the vacation, wherever we went, what we just didn’t see, but everything within Moscow and the region and worries, working moments did not disappear at this time.

And I want 10 days to the sea, but to the sun and forget about everything in the world. All that remains is to dream and eat watermelon😂

Snack watermelon (470 g) - 120 kcal.

At lunchtime, I finished eating what was left of the prepared dishes. Therefore, I have 160 g of chicken pancakes with zucchini and cheese, 120 g of boiled buckwheat and 70 g of cherry tomatoes, which I sprinkled with olive oil.

It turned out lunch for 420 kcal.

I want to ask you about oil sprayers. I tried to measure how many grams 1 puff from a spray bottle. In the end, I didn't really understand. My scales of 3-4 zips have not been determined. It turns out it's not even a gram?

Did someone conduct an experiment? Tried to determine how many grams in how many sprays of the sprayer approximately?

Today I decided to try making soufflé based on fermented baked milk. I saw it somewhere long ago (in some culinary program) and decided to repeat it.

That's what I did.

I ate this soufflé with tea for afternoon tea. (170 g) - 240 kcal.
Delicate, tender. The only thing is that I took a baking dish larger than I needed. And so I liked the soufflé. I will definitely tell you the recipe later.
As I thought, my day was not very busy. It's so good when you feel relaxed, in no hurry.

They ordered me a crab salad for dinner. I did not suffer and decided to eat a salad for dinner myself. Salad prepared 2 versions. My husband likes it with boiled rice - it will be with rice. And the second version is according to my recipe, which you will find in the reminder.

Dinner 220 g of salad dressed with 50 g of sour cream with 5 g of mustard.

Dinner turned out to be 300 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal came out in a day. B - 89, F - 64, U - 112.

We drink water, do physical education, take care of the skin, look into the reminder and you will be happy😂.
