Chicken fillet - 300 g

Canned pineapples - 60 g

Hard cheese - 50 g

Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Prepare all the necessary foods. By the way, pineapples can be used both fresh and canned.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Peel the chicken fillet from skin and excess fat, remove the films, cut lengthwise with a sharp knife to make two solid pieces. After you need to cover the meat with cling film, beat off with a kitchen hammer.
