Chicken legs with potatoes in the sleeve in the oven

Ingredients:

Chicken legs - 2 pcs.

Potatoes - 400 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons

Seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp

Seasoning for potatoes - 1 tsp

Champignons - 200 g

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

How to cook:

To bake chicken legs with potatoes in the oven, prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Peel potatoes, onions, garlic and carrots. Wash under running water, pat dry.

Strip chicken legs from excess fat, remove the remaining feathers, if necessary, tar over the burner. Wash the chicken and dry it just like vegetables.

Tie a baking sleeve on one side with tight thread or culinary twine. Cut all vegetables into large pieces, fold them into the sleeve.

Peel the mushroom caps, cut them into quarters and also put them in your sleeve.

Pour in a little vegetable oil, add half the seasonings (you can mix them). Add some salt and pepper to taste. Roll up the sleeve on the opposite side and shake the vegetables well a couple of times. It is necessary that they are all well covered with oil and seasonings.

Rub the legs with salt, pepper and the remaining half of the seasoning. Drizzle them lightly with vegetable oil.

Put the chicken legs on top of the vegetables, tie the sleeve with the same tight thread as the first time, and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Bake the dish on top and bottom heat. Convection can be turned off.

After a while, carefully cut the sleeve so as not to burn yourself with the steam. Divide vegetables, mushrooms and chicken legs into portions. Pour the gravy over the dish and serve. A hearty family dinner is guaranteed.
