Why torment yourself with hunger, when you can eat tasty, balanced, not hungry and comfortably lose weight?

Thanks to calorie counting and balance of BJU (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), I managed to make my dream come true and lose weight.

All you need to do is cook less high-calorie meals (many recipes can be found in my catalog, link to which is at the end of the article) and using the calorie counter, count the KBZhU and not go through the set for you the norm.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for chicken pancakes with cheese and zucchini. Juicy, tasty and satisfying - as I like.

To prepare the pancakes, I needed the following ingredients:

  • chicken breast (minced meat) - 360,
  • small zucchini - 270 g,
  • cheese (better suluguni - it has less calories, I have the usual semi-hard) - 70 g,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic, juniper seasoning (optional!).

For the sauce, which is not necessary at all for such juicy pancakes, I used:

  • matsoni (natural yogurt, soft cottage cheese can be used),
  • a clove of garlic
  • dill.

Cooking.

We process the chicken breast into minced meat (I already had the minced meat, I processed the chicken breasts in advance so that I could use the minced meat if necessary).

Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. We do not squeeze the liquid. We send the zucchini to a bowl of minced meat.

Three cheese on a coarse grater and send it to a common bowl.

Add the egg and mix everything well.

At the last moment, already before frying the pancakes, we add spices - salt, black pepper, dry garlic and I also have juniper seasoning (it goes very well with poultry meat).

I fried the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan, which I sprinkled with olive oil (after all, cheese and zucchini will fry in a non-stick pan without oil).

Fry on both sides over medium heat until tender.

I covered it with a lid at the very beginning so that the top side gripped and it was easier to turn it over, and then I removed the lid to evaporate the excess liquid.

So tender and tasty pancakes are ready! Bon Appetit!

For the sauce, finely chop the dill, grate the garlic and mix with yogurt (yogurt or soft cottage cheese).

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 166, B - 20.7, F - 7.5, U - 3.5.
